'This is a great house with everything needed for a long weekend. We enjoyed the close walk to parks, restaurants and shops in Columbia square. House was very clean and nicely decorated. Will be back for sure!'

'If I could give this property 10 stars, I would! Absolutley lovely "Speakeasy" themed decor. No detail left untouched, with excquisite quality everywhere. We enjoyed a lovely evening playing poker with family the night before a wedding. It was the most lovely place to decompress, rest and be together with loved ones. The setting is serene and the venue is magnificent. We met the owner, and he was most helpful. He took notes of our check in problems, and said they would work to correct it....

'It was a beautiful home well taken care of. Homeowner was a delight to work with. Tennessee had tornados the evening we were coming in and she text me told us to travel safely. We had a 9 hr drive ahead of us and we needed to have a place to sleep as we were coming in a 330am. She accomidated us so we could get some much needed rest. We will be back was a beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub one evening. Wish we could have taken advantage of all the other amenities like the fire pit,...

'A group of 7 friends gathered for 5 days to enjoy Franklin and Nashville. The home was lovely, comfortable and very well equipped! The hostess met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property which was very helpful. We had a minor issue with plumbing and it was addressed and solved immediately. This was a perfect place for our stay!'

'This was a much needed vacation and Frank's home is a slice of heaven. From Boots the cat mascot that lives outside to the lovely, grassy acres all around, it was amazing. Also, Frank is helpful and amazing if there happens to be any questions, communication was basically instant. The house itself is cute and cozy and with 3 bedrooms completely handled our needs. Will stay here again for sure.'

'My family and I were there to watch my son play in the spring football game at MTSU. It was a great location, close to MTSU, close to his home and close to the square. It suited our needs and provided enough space for us 4 and there was even enough room for him and his girlfriend to come visit and have a home-cooked meal with us. Easy check in/out, pretty clean. We will most likely stay again!'
