'The checkin made me doubt stay since it was dirty, there was lack of communication and manners and I did not feel welcome at all. The room was medium clean, with some hairs and a lot of stains on the bed. The neighborhood did not seem safe. Also the room lock is with a number lock. Which changed every day and had to be reset?? Worst stay of our 2 week trip.'

'Het hotel op zich is prima. De buurt waarin het gelegen is is minder, veel zwervers en de wietlucht komt je op verschillende plaarsen tegemoet. Weinig restaurants in de buurt, openbaar vervoer wel heel goed toegankelijk.'

'Stay in oct-nov 2023. Hotel room is nice, new and modern. Kitchen fully equiped with induction. Cleaning service was not so well, they didn't do well vacuum cleaning on the floor. Laundry system: couldn't use the laundry because it needed an american creditcard to pay through app only. No other option. As a hotel you know, you receive international guest, so this is really bad. I was referred to a laundry store on a 10 min drive away! The management would call me the next day to discuss this...

'This little gem has become my home away from home in Oakland. It has everything you could want in a city that already has everything—great food, cool bars, amazing music, plenty to do, etc. It's all brand new in a renovated space. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are sparkling, and the service is impeccable. There's a rooftop courtyard, a game room, and good eats and drinks right next door. It's more comfortable than anywhere else in the Bay Area, and just as accessible. Well...

'It’s a nice hotel and a great location. The staff was super nice and friendly especially Michael. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we need and were comfortable. I did not like the prices for parking and that the breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel. For those reasons I will not be staying again. '
