'The checkin made me doubt stay since it was dirty, there was lack of communication and manners and I did not feel welcome at all. The room was medium clean, with some hairs and a lot of stains on the bed. The neighborhood did not seem safe.
Also the room lock is with a number lock. Which changed every day and had to be reset?? Worst stay of our 2 week trip.'

'Hotel met uitstraling in mooi historisch pand; uitzicht op skyline San Francisco en golden gate bridge.
Mooie kamers en veel faciliteiten; verschillende zwembaden, kids club, tennisbanen, gym, parkeren etc. Allemaal in resort fee inbegrepen. Perfecte locatie, zeker met kinderen.
Bij aankomst een upgrade gekregen tegen gereduceerd tarief.
Naast een restaurant ook de mogelijkheid om bij eigen bakkerij ontbijt te halen. Op loopafstand zijn er ook goede en betere alternatieven.

'Dit hotel uit begin 1900 ademt nog steeds die sfeer. Het is gebouwd door een Amerikaanse architect maar dan wel met veel Engelse invloeden.
De Service was prima. Het onderhoud van het gebouw laat veel te wensen over. We hadden bijna een losgeraakt raam in ons hand toen we dat wilden openen. Het bad is krap en ouderwets, geen tv of iets van luxe, simpel ontbijt. Prijs-comfort is niet echt in balans. Maar wil je genieten van de oude patio's, balzaal/theater en klassiek zwembad ben je hier op de...

'Come for the location and friendly front desk. Don’t come for the shower (weak, inconsistent temperature), or breakfast coffee efficiency (stood in a queue for 15 mins in lobby to get a cup of coffee).
They are redoing the restaurant so maybe some steps in a positive direction, but rooms feel dark and old. Outdated bathrooms. '

'It was a great value for what we got. Updated clean room, comfy bed, free coffee and tea in the lobby, nice roof top lounge area. It wasn’t the close to everything but we didn’t mind. '

Cleaning service was not so well, they didn't do well vacuum cleaning on the floor.
Laundry system: couldn't use the laundry because it needed an american creditcard to pay through app only. No other option. As a hotel you know, you receive international guest, so this is really bad. I was referred to a laundry store on a 10 min drive away! The management would call me the next day to discuss this...
