'The Hotel Shattuck Plaza lobby and rooms are very nice, and we had a very comfortable stay. The area right around the hotel seems to be undergoing some redevelopment, so most of the shops in the block are closed. However, there are plenty of restaurants, shops, etc., close by and we did not have any problem coming and going from the hotel. '

'The checkin made me doubt stay since it was dirty, there was lack of communication and manners and I did not feel welcome at all. The room was medium clean, with some hairs and a lot of stains on the bed. The neighborhood did not seem safe.
Also the room lock is with a number lock. Which changed every day and had to be reset?? Worst stay of our 2 week trip.'

Laundry system: couldn't use the laundry because it needed an american creditcard to pay through app only. No other option. As a hotel you know, you receive international guest, so this is really bad. I was referred to a laundry store on a 10 min drive away! The management would call me the next day to discuss this...
