Room was spacious with a good shower and good wifi connection. Overall look is a bit old fashioned but don't have a problem with that. I haven't seen a lift in the hotel so if you stay on the 3th floor ... If we would go back to Bansko we 'll stay again in Kap House ! '

'Beautiful hotel! The location is perfect as across the street starts downtown & ski lift is near by! I love the views from the room! Super beautiful! The one downside is the inside accessibility in regards to getting to your room, there are a lot of stairs up & down leading to rooms. Beautiful rooms & staff is super nice!!!! The buffet was awesome as well! Definitely recommend!!!! I will be returning. '

Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time.
