'Staff was interested more in selling timeshare then our stay'

'Resort was nice. Great location and access to beach. The pool was a bit small. The only con is that there were no attendants near pool or lazy river. There was kids hogging tubes and doing dangerous silly things with no one to stop them or manage.'

'Overall it was a good trip. We stayed about a week. The only concern was when they can to clean out room, they forgot to put bags back in the trash cans so we just had to throw out trash away in the empty can, another thing was they took our body wash and never brought it back. Luckily we had brought some so we didn’t need theirs, but the principle around it agitated me.'

'Not handicapped accessible AT ALL my wheelchair would not even fit through the front door of the room on top of it. There was a ledge to get over and then, once we got in the room, the wheelchair couldn't even fit in the bathroom.So I had to abandon the wheelchair and make my way into the bathroom...... I just wouldnt recommend this place The staff was nice though, but the place had cockroaches'

'Floors have not been swept or mopped in years. Balcony windows so dirty you couldn't even enjoy the view. Property is very "ghetto" and not kept up. Halls and elevators disgusting. It was right on the beach and did not have bugs. That only plus to this place.'

'The hot tub/spa area was closed because of construction, it would have been nice to know this ahead of time when booking seeing as how part of the reason we booked was for the hot tub. Poor customer service we could not get anyone to answer the phones while there and it’s a huge hassle to get cookware if you want it. Overall the hotel was ok but the customer service skills are lacking'

'This is the worst property we have stayed ever. It was filthy. We checked in at around 6.30 but when we entered into the room, it was not cleaned at all (although check time was 3.00). After our complaint, front desk person told that they don't have any other room available in the same category (which was sea facing and with kitchen). Given the situation of the room, we agreed to shift to another category of room, which was ok. All the corridors were filled with waste, people were smoking...

'Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.'
