'The TV didn’t work all night, staff couldn’t fix it. She just blew us off and never came back. There were also a significant number of barking dogs down the hall from us that we then couldn’t tune out. Super obnoxious, the manager lady heard them when she came up but didn’t do anything. '

'After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.'

The fitness center is rather small, but I was at least able to do a bit of elliptical and treadmill, and they had complementary bottled water and towels, and sanitizing wipes for the equipment. 'Front desk staff very helpful. I booked reservations through Expedia with wrong dates. Expedia staff unable to correct dates. I took out extra insurance on 2nd reservation and they told me that it didn’t cover that. Corrected the dates the next day with hotel front desk.'
