'Check in was amazing, Thank You Storm….efficient, friendly, informative about the hotels full occupancy and to be sure to contact the front desk for any issues due to there being a lot of kids due to ball games. Appreciated the heads up but for us there were no issues. So nice to know in advance. Storm is a high asset for this hotel. Breakfast was good kept stocked and fresh, standard Holiday Inn breakfast. '

'Very nice breakfast (eggs, waffles, bacon, cereal, bagels, coffee, juice). Nice work out room with free weights and the pool was heated to 98 degrees.'

'They demand a $60 deposit with the promise of a refund at checkout. It took 6 days before they credited my card. They make a lot of $$$$ in interest holding on to $60 from every room every day and holding it for 6 days. Parking is almost impossible unless you’re driving a tiny smart car. Loud music and weed smoking all over the place.'

'Bed sheets had blood stains? Sofa was so nasty no one would have used it. The A/C did not work, No shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap. Only one package of old coffee for two people. 'I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had.'

'Room was nasty. I didn’t even want to shower because bathroom wasn’t clean, and wore shoes the whole time in my room because I was afraid to go barefoot. Glad I had a travel blanket in my car because sheets were dirty so I slept on top of my blanket. No coffee pot in room or lobby. Advertised continental breakfast-even had sign at front desk-said they discontinued that years ago and told me to go to Waffle House across the street. Were rude. Empty vending machines.
