'The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay.'

'There was mold along the caulk in the shower. There were no trash bags in any of the bins when we checked in nor when room service came to tidy up the room while we were gone. The room was so humid that the floors were sticky, including the carpet, and the beds felt wet upon getting in them. The indoor pool had leaves all in the bottom of it, and it was not very “heated”. 'It’s just a solid place to stay a night or two. Nothing fancy but has a couple options for food in walking distance. One mile from other restaurants and shopping.'

'Checkin was fine and then it went downhill. The internet didn't work, the shower didn't work, the ice machine didn't work, the refrigerator leaked water on the floor, the TV and related remote didn't work, the free breakfast was less than minimal (the orange juice was rancid). No matter what we wanted to do, it was broken or messed up. We stayed here because of the great reviews. I have no idea what others are thinking but I would not stay here again.'

'My room was perfect. Front desk staff were so very helpful and so very friendly. Breakfast was a great option and was fresh hot and tasty. I will stay here again if I come back to Benton. This was truly the best small motel I have ever stayed at. I rate this hotel right up there with the expensive fancy hotels.'

'The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and lots of lights. Staff Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a variety of options, served on real dishes. Only downside was waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working so an employee used her fingers ( not wearing gloves) to unplug it. I no longer wanted a waffle.'

'Staff were really nice.. The breakfast options were good. Free parking. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Room was not cleaned during 4 day stay. But we just bagged the garbage and disposed of it.'
