Huis gekocht in augustus 2018 (we hebben 10 jaar een ander pand gehad vrbo # 268693 - zie aanbieding en recensies, zodat u kunt lezen hoe we altijd hebben geprobeerd de beste gastheren van onze gasten te zijn) en we hebben dit huis volledig bijgewerkt met alle nieuwe keuken & keukenapparatuur, badkamers, meubels, etc. Alles is nieuw! Dit huis is onberispelijk!

Golfkar voor 4 personen is beschikbaar voor gasten. Dit maakt je vakantie perfect!

Geweldige locatie, slechts 125 meter van het strand. Prachtig ingericht huis in de zeer gewilde gemeenschap van Wild Dunes. Home is ingesteld om de perfecte vakantie mogelijk te maken, ongeacht of uw groep uit volwassenen of gezinnen bestaat!

Locatie: Ons huis ligt op slechts 125 meter van het strand, dus heen en weer naar het strand gaan is een makkie. We hebben ook een strandwagen om al je strandspullen mee te nemen.

Home is centraal gelegen en op slechts een zeer korte wandeling van alle activiteiten van het Wild Dunes Pavilion, tenniscentrum, golf, etc. Ons huis is gelegen in een schilderachtige doodlopende straat die perfect is om te spelen, paardrijden fietsen, etc.

Of u nu met uw gezin of een groep vrienden bent, dit is het perfecte vakantiehuis in Wild Dunes - naast alle voorzieningen binnen kunt u genieten van de afgeschermde achterporch die uitkijkt op de achtertuin en de vuurplaats (op gas) om te ontspannen in de avond. (Weber grill aanwezig), rots op de veranda die uitkijkt over de rustige doodlopende straat, en geniet van de flexibele ruimte in de uitgestrekte garage voor 3 wagens en de oprit.

We willen dat uw vakantie een geweldige herinnering wordt en we hebben alle voorzieningen beschikbaar gesteld om u hierbij te helpen!

slaapkamers:
Alle slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met beddengoed van hoge kwaliteit en alle gemakken van thuis - Smart TV in elke kamer, nachtkastjes, dressoirs, lampen ,, enz. Master slaapkamer bevindt zich op de begane grond met een kingsize bed en een handicap toegankelijke douche. Er is ook nog een half bad op het hoogste niveau. De 4 andere slaapkamers zijn boven met de volgende bedden: 2 kamers met kingsize bedden, 1 kamer met queensize bed en de laatste kamer heeft 2 aparte bedden. Een packplay en stoelverhoger zijn ook beschikbaar.

Keuken en eetkamer:
Keuken is volledig vernieuwd met nieuwe kasten, alle nieuwe apparaten en is uitgerust met alle kookgerei en eetgerei die nodig zijn voor de meest uitgebreide maaltijden. Het 8 voet x 5 voet eiland is perfect voor het voorbereiden van een feest of gewoon voor iedereen om samen te komen. Eetkamertafel stoelen 8.

Home is kindvriendelijk. De volgende items zijn beschikbaar om te gebruiken als dat nodig is: kinderstoel, pack-n-play wieg en twee kinderpoorten.

Plaats:
Gelegen op slechts 20 minuten rijden van het historische Charleston, zijn er talloze bezienswaardigheden te zien, plaatsen om te winkelen en geweldige eetgelegenheden. Binnen 5 mijl zijn er meer dan 15 restaurants, 7 golfbanen, 3 jachthavens en verschillende parken. Als je geen zin hebt om Wild Dunes te verlaten, zijn er dagelijkse activiteiten voor zowel kinderen als volwassenen: Wild Dunes Resort staat bekend om zijn twee kampioenschapsresort golfbanen, zijn prachtige stranden, geweldige tennis en relaxte levensstijl. Wild Dunes is een gated community met 24 uur. beveiligingspatrouille.

Family Time @ IOP

We had a fabulous family getaway in a great home at an even better location. The house was perfect for 4 couples and one young child. David(Prop Mgr) was both very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Fantastic!!

Family gathering 3 couples and little ones age 14mos, 15 mos and 4yrs. We all had the best time and really loved our stay. The use of the golf cart addrd so much fun to our stay riding to get coffee or ice cream, to pool & beach. Marina was awesome for lunch! We had so much fun we honestly never left the property.. everything we needed was there. We did online order at Harris Teeter for griceries and grabbed them on the way. Super relaxing and so fun

Wonderful Experience! Will Definitely Return!

The house is exactly as described - large gathering spaces for family and friends both indoors as well as on multiple balconies and a great outside play and relaxing area out back. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked, and having two master bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms was a nice plus. Great for young chiildren as host provided a pack and play, booster seats and stair gates. Location in Wild Dunes is excellent and only a short walk to the beach and a short golf cart ride to the main pavillion area which includes restaurants, bars and a pool area. The golf cart was also a wonderful plus and a hit with all the kids and adults alike. The host (David) was great to work with as we had to make a few date changes due to children conflicts, and he was very accomodating and responsive helping us to work out the final booking dates. We would not hesitate to stay in IOP and this house in particular for many more vacations. A++++

Outstanding Isle of Palm vacation home!

This newly renovated home is the perfect layout for family gatherings! The kitchen is very well equipped, we thought we were in our own house! All bedrooms and common areas beautifully furnished. Lovely home

This is the nicest beach house we have ever rented. The home was well laid out, fully equiped kitchen, had lots of towels, paper products for the beach, fun activities in the garage and the elevator made moving our suitcases very easy. Golfcart and beach cart a real plus. Very relaxing home. We had a 9 month old and the high chair/booster seat, gates, and pack n play were so helpful. We loved the shower in the master bath so much that now we want one just like it!

Amazing Stay

It was springbreak and the weather didnt cooperate but the house had EVERYTHING we needed. The golfcart was A+ with the kids. The elevator was a lifesaver for my elderly grandmother who uses a walker. Also, love love that she didnt have to traverse any stairs at all...not even when we arrived. We are definitely coming back!

Fantastic Beach House

Our family has stayed in Wild Dunes for the past 7 years and this home is hands down the best beach house. From the location, the layout/space of the home to the amenities the home offers, it's fantastic. The home included a golf cart and an elevator which was a huge bonus! The owner is extremely nice and responsive when we had a few questions upon our arrival. Overall, this home is beautifully decorated, spacious and well maintained - with lots of areas for everyone to have their own little corner. Such a great stay that we are already looking to book it next year! Thanks again!

Great place to stay in IOP!

You will love this house for your IOP vacation! The house is beautiful, and the location is great! The house is well stocked with the essentials; pots/pans/coffee makers/utensils, soap, and TP :), beach chairs, etc. The screened porches are so nice to sit, relax, and enjoy. It's a short walk to the beach which is a less crowded section of the beach- hooray! The garage/game room was a favorite - Galaga tournaments each night. And Dave (the owner) is so nice and responsive, responding to our questions before we even booked our stay. We would definitely stay in this house again!! Thank you, Dave

Beautiful beach house

This was the perfect beach house for our family reunion. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated our large group. We especially enjoyed all the activities and sports equipment included - we played many games of pickleball, ping pong, basketball, corn hole, and even an old school arcade video game. The gorgeous beach was an easy walk from the house and we appreciated the abundance of beach chairs. The golf cart was a fun & easy way to visit our other family members staying in other houses on the isle. David was very responsive and addresses any concerns we had immediately. We had a truly magical week in this beautiful beach house!

Perfect getaway for family

If you are looking for a place to take family this is the place to be. We loved most of the rooms had bathrooms. The home is in walking distance to the beach. Loved they had a large golf cart and cart to pull the beach toys. Lots of lounge chairs. Home was quiet with lots of things for the kids to do. We had 4 grandkids that were 6 and 8 years of age, They had a blast. Plenty of room for the adults to sit and talk. Would recommend this home. The owners are amazing to work with also.

Wonderful home

Owner makes everything easy with well stocked kitchen, extra fridge, and generous use of beach chairs, golf cart, etc. This lovely updated home has a wonderful open concept on the main level for gathering, but plenty of other spaces and small porches so everyone can do their own thing when they feel inclined to do so. The back driveway is great for parking and activities—also eliminates having to go through the resort each time. The nearby beach access is a less crowded area of the island too. Great accommodations for a Wild Dunes/Isle of Palm vacation.

Greater Than We Could Have Imagined

I give this home Tens across the boards! The layout of the home is so well done. We brought our family with us as well as some extended family. We had my 87 year old mom and my 2 year old nephew. The bottom floor with the game room that lead out to the driveway and Palm Blvd made it so easy and convenient for us to get to the beach. All floors were so spacious so when the toddler wanted to watch his shows at night and settle in to sleep, his mom could take him to the top floor and no one could hear him and he could not hear the activities happening on the first floor and bottom floor. The elevator made it so easy for my mom as well. The attention to detail in the home is top notch. The beds and linens are fabulous. The kitchen is so big and well stocked. We had a graduation party one of the nights. We did not need to bring any serving platters etc... they had plenty already there. The homeowner was so good about providing details and staying in contact with us. Top notch service. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Lives up to all expectations!

This is a great house and very family / kid friendly. It is equipped with a ton of kids items that aren’t even listed (pack n play, toys. strollers, etc). There are so many amenities it’s hard to even use them all! We love the openness of the main level, and dual masters is ideal if sharing with multiple families. Two screens in porches are great to. David is super easy to work with and very responsive. We loved our stay!
