These houses are perfect for a group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. Popular dining spots include Southbound, Sorghum & Salt, Kultura, Wild Common, Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Chasing Sage, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, R Kitchen, Estadio, Pink Cactus, and Barsa. The houses are minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants!

Each house is beautifully unique. The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famous is just steps away. The fantastic restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk, but far enough to not keep you up all night.

PETS - As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property.

SMOKING - No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

CLEANING - Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional fee.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF - For guests with early arrival or late departure flights, luggage dropoff is allowed upon request for free.

NOISE - Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood from 10pm to 8am daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please stay inside and be considerate of the neighbors. Please be aware that being on the bottom floor of a historic house without modern soundproofing may result in hearing other guests or street sounds. We do not provide discounts or refunds for noise-related complaints.

COVID - Please be advised that COVID-related cancellations are no longer honored. If a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure to COVID prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will remain in force. Should a guest choose to cancel their reservation under these circumstances, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

Great Charleston Getaway

This property was perfect and I would definitely book it again for my next trip to Charleston. Clean, great layout and has every amenity you may need for a family, couples or girls weekend. Great location as well!
