Mooi strandhuis met achtertuin-oase. Hondvriendelijk

Dit prachtige hondvriendelijke strandhuis bevindt zich op # 23 27th Avenue, op Isle of Palms, SC op slechts een korte wandeling of een tocht met een golfkar naar het strand. Het heeft een geweldige familiekamer om te ontspannen en 's avonds een film te kijken, na een lange dag op het strand of in het zwembad in de achtertuin. Je familie en huisdieren zullen er dol op zijn. Deze plattegrond biedt een ranch met 3 slaapkamers, 2 en 1/2 badkamers en een achtertuin die klaar staat om plezier te maken. Een in de grond gelegen zwembad en vuurplaats maken deze locatie tot een geweldig gebied om 's avonds terug te trekken voor een milde geroosterde braadstuk of gewoon om te ontspannen. Primo-houtskoolgrill is beschikbaar voor de familie-grillmeester. Een grote flatscreen-tv met dvd-speler in de woonkamer grenst aan de open eethoek en keuken. Huis is turn Key met linnengoed en alle keukenapparatuur. Het hondenpark en het recreatiecentrum liggen aan de overkant van de straat. Tennis-, basketbal-, softbal- en voetbalvelden liggen allemaal op slechts een korte loopafstand. Als je graag speelt, zul je deze locatie geweldig vinden


Charleston, SC is een prachtige, historische stad met stranden, golf, tennis, restaurants en nog veel, veel meer; een must om te bezoeken als je dat nog niet hebt gedaan.

Amazing time!

We had a wonderful week in Isle of Palms thanks to this wonderful home. Perfect location, house had all amenities ( even a crib and baby bathtub!) and the pool was so much fun for our young kids. We rented a golf cart and were able to get to the beach in a few minutes and use the provided chairs and umbrella! We would love to come back next year. Highly recommend this home!

Stay was Too Short due to the Weather!

The property was wonderful, exactly as described and very convenient. Very clean and comfortable, and the pool was a good size. Great property! There was a city park with a basketball court and pickleball courts just up the street. The beach was less than half a mile away. Unfortunately, we had to leave after 2 nites, due to the inclement weather from the hurricane hitting Florida and the flooding predicted for this area.

This was place was very nice, clean, and had everything you needed there. The pool was awesome and definite advantage, where you could just float around all day. Located just a few walking blocks to the beach as well. The owner was super nice and helpful with any issue we had. Loved it!! Will definitely be back again for sure :)

Great beach house rental in IOP

This is an awesome beach house, a few blocks away from the beach and the dog park. Great for families and pets, with a pool and a completely fenced in yard. The bathrooms have been updated nicely, and plenty of towels are provided. The house is clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. Communicating with the host was extremely easy and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

House was in perfect location for my family, which included 2 teen boys. Park directly across the street was perfect for pickleball/ basketball. Location of house is only a couple blocks from beach. We rented a golf cart which made loading/ unloading at beach easy as well as running around island. House is well equipped with basic essentials. The pool was a great bonus to relax after spending day at beach. Only recommendation would be to upgrade mattresses as they were noisy every time you moved in the bed. Will definitely look to rent again.

Great location. We walked to the beach every morning to catch the sunrise. Its a quick 5 to7 minute walk. The house was great. Lots of space with 2 living room areas, large dining room table perfect for playing games, and the kitchen was well equipment with everything you need to cook. There was also a grill available. The yard was completely fenced in so that was perfect for our dog.

Best Fall Break

This was the perfect house for our family of five and our three doggies! Everything was in immaculate condition when we arrived and was well stocked. The house was close enough to the beach to walk and right across from the park. With the fenced back yard we were able to let our dogs run and play. The owners were amazing and we will definitely be renting from them again.

Fabulous Home

This is a lovely very spacious home. You couldn't beat the pool after a long hot day at the beach, so refreshing. It has everything we needed and more. We did rent a golf cart for trips to the beach (with elderly parents) and just to zip around the island. The neighborhood is great and we would definitely stay here again.

A Family Gem in the IOP

We had the best time in IOP and this house and the accommodations were wonderful. Ryan and Sonya are gracious hosts and were prompt to answer any questions we had. Loved the short walk to the beach AND having a private pool. This was our third time staying at this location. It won’t be our last…..thank you Ryan and Sonya!
