PLAATS! PLAATS! PLAATS! Luxe (4e VERDIEPING OCEANFRONT CONDO) met uitzicht op de pier aan de Charleston Oceanfront Villas. Het is slechts (1 BLOK OM STRAAT VAN HET CENTRUM) waar u alle gezellige winkels, restaurants en bars van Folly vindt .... Gated community met 2 prachtige zwembaden en 2 liften.

Volledig ingerichte keuken met alle apparatuur en granieten aanrecht. (4 SLAAPKAMERS ~ 3 VOLLEDIGE BADKAMERS). Master Suite heeft (JACUZZI) bad en aparte douche. Keramische tegelvloeren door hele hele nieuwe 2012. Condo pas geschilderd met beachy kleuren, 2012. (SLAAP 8). Deze leuke en spectaculaire vakantiewoning biedt levendige kleuren, een speelse inrichting, een eigen balkon en een spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan. Het appartement is uitgerust met comfortabele meubels en een kleurrijk aquatisch thema dat past bij de levendige levensstijl van Folly Beach. Het balkon biedt voldoende ruimte om te zonnebaden, dineren, spelletjes te spelen, te lezen en te ontspannen in de kleurrijke, comfortabele Adirondack-stoelen. Twee van de vier slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer. Het hoofdbad heeft dubbele wastafels, een inloopdouche en een bubbelbad. Alle slaapkamers hebben ook ruimte om een wieg toe te voegen. Naast een volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine, droger en ruime kasten zijn ook beschikbaar. Twee zwembaden, fietsenrekken en buitendouches zijn gemakkelijk te vinden. Villa met uitzicht op het strand / de oceaan, waardoor u onbelemmerd uitzicht heeft op Folly Beach Fishing Pier in het noordoosten en eindeloze stranden in het zuidwesten.

Beach was wide and easy to get to. Spacious unit. Well kept and clean. Great balcony - spacious with excellent furniture. Great fall/winter beach - can see the sunrise in the morning and sunset at night all from the balcony and beach right in front of us. Easy walk to downtown and having a restaurant directly across the street was perfect. We will definitely be back to Folly Beach and the Charleston Oceanfront Villas (COV).

Family fun

my adult children and their teenage children, including myself loved our location. One of the teenagers, especially the surfing so he thought it was wonderful. We also love the fact that we did not have to move our car to get to great restaurants. Our place was decorated very cute, very clean and plenty of room for us. In addition to that we had an amazing view and could see our entire family from the balcony if someone wanted to stay upstairs and others go to the beach. Probably will come back next year.

Trip to Foley Beach.

The property was nice and roomy. The property was advertised as being handicap accessible. It was not. Wheelchair and walkers could not fit into the bathrooms. Toilets were too low for someone that was limited in mobility. The beds were too soft for an elderly person and not easy to get out of. We had to bring in a chair for our elderly family member to sit in and had to add a handicap toilet seat and there were no hand holds in the bathrooms or showers. Had to modify one of the bedrooms to have a place for our elderly family member to sleep. Finally there were no screens on the sliding balcony doors to keep the bugs out. .

The property was perfect! Beds were super comfortable, view was outstanding, kitchen well stocked and location was great!! Our only issue was the golf cart which we did not know you couldn't park on property which resulted in a parking ticket

Weekend visit

So the condo it self was fine. The issues were our code to get in the front gate never worked, not one single time. The fob that we were told would work never did either. Luckily another person staying there saw that we continued to have problems and gave us his code and we were able to use that to get in and out. I did reach out for help and was sent the book telling us what to do, but none of that worked. The other issue was the elevator, it was constantly broken down. So we had to use the stairs several times, not a problem for me. But difficult for my elderly parents to go up and down to the 4th floor.

One of the Best Condos

This is one of the best condos we've vacationed in and the locations is perfect! We were able to walk to everything local such as food and entertainment. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded.

Great location; beautiful property

This property was just as described. Beautifully decorated, clean, and plenty of space for our group of 6. I really appreciated the level of communication from MyOceanRental, as it felt like they really cared about us having a wonderful stay. Parking, check-in was easy. Only issue we ran into was that we had to wait until exactly 4PM on check-in day for the door code to let us in, even though we’d received a text earlier in the day that our unit was ready. Not a big deal since we arrived only a few minutes before 4, but caused some confusion. Will definitely stay here again!

My recent stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of waves. Here’s a breakdown of our incredible experience: Location The condo's location is absolutely unbeatable. Nestled right on the beach, we enjoyed direct access to the pristine sands and clear waters. Whether it was an early morning stroll or a sunset walk, the convenience of having the beach just steps away added so much to our stay. Accommodation The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully furnished. It felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The spacious living area and the comfortable bedrooms provided the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. We particularly loved the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offered stunning ocean views. Amenities The amenities were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for us. Beach gear can be rented nearby. Surroundings The surrounding area was vibrant and full of life. We found plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment options to explore. The local seafood was fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed trying different eateries every night.

Nice Condo

The property nicely fit my husband and I, along with my son and his wife, and 3 kids. It was nicely equipped and the location was perfect. The only ding I can give it is the elevator situation. There are only 2 elevators servicing the entire complex and the wait can take several minutes. If you’re on the 4th floor, as we were, it is 58 steps which made it difficult if you had beach equipment or groceries or anything to haul. Otherwise it was great and the property managers were great.

Our stay was wonderful from check in in the room to departure. Lovely, very clean, and oceanfront. Accessible parking and an elevator. About a 5 minute walk to restaurants. The whole family was happy. Can't wait to stay again!

Overall the stay was great! The view and location are extraordinary!! One suggestion from adult guest is it may be a good move to update one of the queen beds to another king. My guest was 6’5” and 275# and sleeping with wife he was not able sleep well.
