Charmant huisje is gelegen op een van de beste locaties op het eiland en is een favoriete plek voor veel vakantiegangers. Deze prachtige cottage ligt in de populaire Sparrow Pond-gemeenschap en dicht bij alle voorzieningen van Kiawah, evenals Freshfields Village. Het biedt luxe meubels, een gerenoveerde keuken en badkamers, WiFi internet en een ruime beschutte veranda. Er zijn drie slaapkamers met veel ruimte. Beide badkamers hebben een volledige renovatie gehad en hebben een spa-achtige feel. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met top van de lijn toestellen en alles wat je nodig hebt om maaltijden te bereiden. Wasruimte heeft wasmachine en droger.

Maak een korte vijf minuten lopen of een snelle fietstocht en u zult aan de rand van de oceaan in geen Er zijn 10 mijl van het prachtige strand te genieten en u kunt uw fiets direct aan de harde gepakt zand. Geniet buurtgemeenschap zwembad aan het eind van de dag op het strand of op een van de vele golfbanen.

The pictures are wrong though, we were counting on 2 bedrooms with twin beds (as shown in the pics) but only had 1, the rest with queen or king. We specifically chose this house for the bedroom layout for the 4 kids, but ended up having to sleep an adult on the couch to make it work. Very disappointed! Also, the oven makes the house smell like gas everytime it’s in use, so there must be a leak somewhere. The grill needs to be replaced, it barley worked. There’s not enough seating for the number of people it can sleep, either. Overall ok, not great. I would only stay here again if I needed the 4th bedroom, as there are better Sparrow Pond cottages.

Fellow stated someone would come by between 10-Noon the next day. Non one came the entire week.

Lovely Kiawah 4 bedroom with great close beach location, great layout, delightful two porches, do recommended new mattresses for the twin beds, very soft. TVS in every room practically, and the one outside on the covered porch came in wonderfully handy with a small child who could watch Disney. Nice overall

Great location, great layout, could be a bit cleaner

We overall had a pleasant week in this unit. Below are some comments which I hope you might find helpful. First, some pros: 1. The unit is unique in that it has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. This was particularly nice for our family of now 4 adult couples. 2. The unit was well-equipped with kitchen amenities and adequately equipped with bedding items. 3. We were able to gain access into the unit well before the check-in time of 4:00 pm, which is a great plus for vacationers with a carload of cold groceries! Now for the cons: 1. The listed address of ”1021 Sparrow Pond” is inaccurate and misleading. It is not an address acknowledge by any GPS system. 2. Reviews of this unit on the internet claimed that it was “dirty”. We found the level of cleanliness to be fair, but I am attaching pictures of items as an example of people’s postings on the internet. The first is a literal pile of sand beneath a rug that has to be pulled back to enter the master bedroom. The second is a picture of the mold and mildew in the shower curtain in the master bath. Hopefully these comments might helpful for them to improve this unit and the service.

The condo was in great shape, well decorated with a wrap around deck.. It felt much larger than it was.. The island itself was stunning and our condo was very close to great beach entrances and a pool and tennis club(one of many on the island). We look forward to visiting again and would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place and ESPM to anyone.

Not exactly but it worked.

I called the property manager twice with no reply. Someone did come to the house but never came back. There was only 1 key in the lock box and there was supposed to be 2. They never resolved it and did not contact me again. The space was adequate but not as large as I expected. The kitchen was small - not big enough for multiple people to be cooking together. The pots and utensils need to be replaced. They are well used and although a rental still need to be usable. We made the best of it. The towels provided were literally one per person (wash cloth, hand towel and bath) with a few bath under the sink. Thank goodness for the washer. Listing said coffee pot not keurig but it has BOTH. And although listing says beach towels provided there are NO beach towels. What I did like is that the bedrooms are in the 4 corners of the house but with doors open everyone was still together. The house was cleanish. Everyone has a different standard. The owner should consider more than just a broom - maybe a swifter wet or hand vac for light cleanup for the renters. Walk to the beach less than 5 minutes. Very private. We did sit by the pool once to enjoy the sun without the wind. The cougar golf course is literally a 4 minute walk away. All the courses were great. Strong suggestion read the paperwork you get and order food for delivery. The food store is a disaster the day of checkin. We had a total of 5 people. If I had 6 or more I would pick another house. The main bedroom had a private bath. The other 3 rooms share a small bathroom with shower. There is a powder room that was helpful but more than 6 would be tough sharing the small shower.

My review

Overall the cottage was okay but the bathroom access was not very convenient. No closet or dresser in one bedroom. Also the deck sliding door would not lock.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all a great beach home. Great small kitchen. Wonderful screened in back porch. Fourth bedroom beside half bath has no closet or storage for clothes. Needs more hooks for hanging towels and bathing suites. Need more towels and better quality towels. All mattress need an upgrade.

Beautiful Location and a Great Cozy Lodging

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location and the short walk to the beach, and appreciated the use of the pool for our grandsons. The unit was clean and had a good layout. It was cozier and smaller than I had hoped for, especially the kitchen. The garage and outside area was ideal in storing stuff out of sight from the road. Rearranging the 2 vehicles was a tad cumbersome. Was a bit disappointed in the singular tub since we used it as the master bedroom bathroom AND the grandkids bathing area. The kitchen was nicely set up and easy to use and store things. The wraparound deck was great for our grandsons. The decor was delightful, but the number of pillows was too abundant. It was delightfully airy and attractive. We had a delightful stay. Was disappointed in the lack of drawers and places to store things out of sight, but loved the abundance of televisions!
