DOWNTOWN - GROTE 5BR, 3BA, 5 open haarden, Franse deuren, groot balkon. Prachtig gerestaureerd gebouw. Zeer romantische en elegante vijf slaapkamers, drie badkamers, geschikt voor 10 personen in bedden, 1 tot 2 op de bank, 12 'plafonds, vijf open haarden, grote pocketdeuren, ruime, goed ingerichte keuken met open haard, die uitkomt op het balkon, wasmachine / Droger, vaatwasser, veel kasten en laden en al het andere dat je nodig hebt in een keuken, 8 grote ramen die open kunnen, CH&A, gaswarm water. Living Room heeft Franse deuren aan elke kant van de open haard die uitkomen op een groot balkon met plafondventilator. Ga het appartement op de eerste verdieping binnen via een grote foyer met 14 ’plafonds, kroonluchters en grote trap. Overal antiek. Kabel HDTV en high speed wifi. Tal van geweldige restaurants, bakkerijen en bars liggen op slechts een paar blokken. King Street ligt op slechts een korte wandeling. Loop naar alles in het centrum. Je zult nooit meer weg willen!

Loved all the room in this house! We didn’t cook during this visit but it looked like everything we would need to cook a big meal was there. Parking at the house was a bonus. We spent a lot of time on the porch. It could use more comfortable seating out on the porch but it didn’t prohibit us from going out there. We walked to King Street many times but took an Uber to the area around the Battery and Yacht Club. If I had to pick a con, I’d say the bathrooms were small but it’s an old house so to be expected. There’s also only one tv and it’s small but we didn’t even turn it on once! Would definitely stay here again

Bachelorette Party

Perfect VRBO for a bachelorette weekend! We had 9 girls, and the space was great. The house had everything we needed; I even brought extra supplies that I never had to use. We loved having the space to do a game night and mixology class one evening, which made for a fun night in. The location was super convenient—walking distance to some spots on King Street and just a quick Uber ride to everything else. Would absolutely recommend for a girls' trip or any group getaway!

Girls Weekend

The property was perfect for a group of 9 people. The host Chris, was very accommodating and his response time was amazing. The coffee, cream and ice was a wonderful touch and appreciated. The porch was fantastic and the location was walking distance to King Street. We will definitely come back again.

Girl’s Weekend Trip 2024

We had a fun-filled girl’s weekend! We had 10 women!!! The location was awesome. We are a group of walkers and runners so the 2 mile walk in to town was an easy walk and great for sightseeing; lots of older homes to see. We never felt unsafe on our walk to town. The house is an older home so you have to have that mindset and prepare for unique accommodations a.k.a 1800’s home. We had everything we needed. The balcony was a favorite from the group. It was a nice gathering place to talk and have our dinners; great weather added to the experience.Chris was AWEOSME and easy to communicate. I would highly recommend a group stay. Directions for check-in and check-out was easy and off site parking for other cars was equally easy. Overall, the experience was great! Thank you. Chris

Girl’s Week

The property was too far from King Street for us to walk. The ceiling fans are in desperate need of cleaning and better towels in the restrooms are needed. The bedrooms were clean and neat and very comfortable! Excellent host! Great parking, great kitchen, nice bookstore bar across the street.We totally enjoyed our stay here! Might rent this place again in the future!

Family wedding weekend

We stayed here for my son’s wedding weekend and the property was perfect for our group. The location was within walking distance to the venue and other events we had planned. There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms and the parking was an added convenience. The kitchen was well equipped and the covered porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee and unwinding in the evenings. The building was full of character and Chris was an exceptional host. He responded promptly and was very accommodating. We will most definitely stay here again!

Such a large and beautiful property!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had such a lovely stay. We couldn’t believe how spacious and how many bathrooms there were. There was really everything you needed in the apartment. The deck was large and we had many great conversations there. The neighborhood was lovely and the host was so pleasant and quick to respond to my inquiries. Such a wonderful stay!

Ladies 60th in Charleston

We are 7 60 something women from NJ. The apartment suited ua perfectly. Having 3 bathrooms was great. We cooked a big breakfast one morning and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bachelorette Weekend Success!

We booked this space for a Bachelorette Weekend for 5 women who all flew in to Charleston from across the country. The apartment was an absolutely perfect home base for our weekend: it was spacious, clean, cozy, and in an excellent location. Everything we wanted to do in Charleston was within a 10-15min taxi ride, but mostly stayed on foot as there were plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and sight-seeing within a 20min walk. Communication with the host was clear, prompt, and helpful, and checking in and out was a breeze. An excellent place to stay for a large group!

Great Historic Home

This was a great find for a sisters trip. We each had our own bedroom! The house is old (1800's) and very charming! I would definitely stay here again! You can walk to King Street and shop or you can drive, found plenty of parking. The owner is very responsive and we had no issues at the house at all! All the appliances worked great and there was plenty of cooking stuff there as well. New stove and refrigerator. Would love some more/better furniture on the porch as it would have been nice to sit out there in comfort, but there was some fold up chairs, a table and 1 rocker.

Loved the historic charm of the property and the great furnishings. It was comfortable, clean and had great coffee with creamer and sugars provided. There was enough space for 1 vehicle. Owner was responsive. A bit far to walk to King Street and historic city market area but was nice and quiet at night.
