GREEN COTTAGE is een vrijstaand huis met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met een eigen tuin. In tegenstelling tot een flat, zult u niet te maken hebben met buren boven of onder. Het is professioneel ingericht en volledig gerenoveerd. Gelegen aan Cannon Street in de designwijk van Downtown Charleston, op korte loopafstand van populaire restaurants en bars, waaronder twee ontvangende restaurants van James Beard. Geniet van enkele van Charlestons beste lokale restaurants met Hominy Grill, Lana, Two Boroughs Larder, Five Loaves, The Grocery en The Ordinary, allemaal gelegen binnen 3 blokken van het huisje. Probeer Wildflower Bakery of Sugar Bakeshop voor een ochtend zoete traktatie op een steenworp afstand.
We vereisen een verblijf van minimaal twee nachten van maandag tot woensdag en een verblijf van minimaal drie nachten op donderdag en zondag.
Het huisje heeft hardhouten vloeren, twee historische open haarden (niet-werkend voor uw veiligheid), hoge plafonds, prachtig natuurlijk licht, high definition televisie, slaapbank, wasdroger en een charmante veranda en binnenplaats. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen. Huishoudelijke artikelen / apparaten zijn onder andere magnetron, koffiemolen, koffiezetapparaat, hd-tv, gasfornuis en elektrische oven, LeCreuset kookgerei, koelkast, afvalverwerking, ijsblokjesmachine, pop-up broodrooster, waterkoker, iPod-speler / luidspreker, haardroger, strijkijzer en kleine strijkplank, servies, koffie, toiletpapier, papieren handdoeken, zeep.

We vereisen een verblijf van minimaal drie nachten donderdag-zondag.

Check-in is 15:00 uur en check-out is 11:00 uur.

Green Cottage heeft een aangewezen parkeerplaats op straat.

This was the perfect place to stay for a Charleston visit! The unit is so pretty and decorated so cute. It was in walking distance to anything you would want to do - shops, bars and restaurants. And they are pet friendly! We will definitely stay here again!

Paradise in Charleston

We had an amazing stay at the Green Cottage at Casa Zoe! The house was exactly as pictured and in such a great neighborhood that is very close to many restaurants! Our hosts were so helpful and we even ended up asking to extend our trip for an extra night. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Charleston!

Perfect getaway!

Three bedrooms, though we only used the two bedrooms upstairs. We didn’t cook this weekend; however, as one who loves to cook, I don’t think this is an ideal place if you’re looking to stay in and cook nightly. So many great restaurants in walking distance. Every morning, we walked to Holey Bagel, which has delicious bagels/sandwiches and coffee. The casa is also an easy walk to King Street. Loved the windows in the sitting room/tv area. Spacious; however, the sofa is not as comfortable as it looks. Pretty stiff, but fine. The kitchen table was a round folding table with a tablecloth over it, which was fine. We didn’t sit at it. Overall, we would stay here again. It was quiet and nice.

Place was clean and nice but outside patio furniture needed cleaning. Only has one TV in Living Rm. and not comfortable to sit and watch TV in the evenings. Bath soap dispensers in the showers were both empty and had to go find some in a closet.

Great little hideaway

This rental property was excellent. Clean and spacious. The living space could use a new couch but overall the beds were comfortable. The showers were well stocked and water hot. Air conditioning was excellent. Parking was easy but there was a charge for parking. I felt a little mislead as the property advertised “off street private parking” and only once I was booked did I notice a parking charge. Should’ve been included in the property based on the advertisement. Great location walkable to a a few bars and restaurants. Easy Uber to anywhere downtown. Would stay again.

Second Visit; Perfection

Fit our needs perfectly. We were there during a perfect weather week. The only downside could be that if the weather isn't perfect the only dining table is outdoors. The beds are very comfortable as are the showers. One hair dryer and the curling iron didn't work. Overall it was great!

Great location needs a little TLC

Easy to get around town and to the beaches. Bed was comfy and living room basically comfortable. Shower was good. Negatives: We didn’t plan on cooking but if you do, the kitchen is not well stocked for that. Even for non chefs, you need an ice tray or a portable ice maker, instead of lugging a bag of ice down the street. Kitchen counters were also badly damaged and need replacing. Patio cushions also were very dirty.

We had the most amazing weekend in Charleston! This house is so close to King street and all the fun, that we hardly had to use Uber! The property manager was quick with responses and Charleston is simply CHARMING!!!

Great home base in Charleston

We loved our time at the cottage over the long Easter weekend. The home is a comfortable and convenient base of operations to explore the city and we liked the youthfulness of the neighborhood where it's located.
