Dit prachtige huis op West Ashley Ave is een 5 SLAAPKAMER, 3. 5 BATH huis en een van onze meest unieke eigenschappen. SLAAP 10! Dit nieuw gebouwde (2018) huis is absoluut mooi, vol met luxe apparatuur, meubels en kunstwerken overal. Het is slechts 6. 5 blokken verderop, het is nog steeds op loopafstand van Center Street. Daar vindt u alle gezellige winkels, restaurants en 'beachy' bars. Het is ook direct aan de overkant van de oceaan, met uitzicht op zee en toegang tot het strand direct daar recht op!

Deze woning heeft 2 woongedeeltes en 2 volledig ingerichte keukens met prachtig gebleekt hardhout en tegelvloeren door het hele huis. Ook voor u om te genieten, 4 PORCHES, voor-en achterkant, twee op de begane grond en twee boven de woonkamer en slaapkamer. Alle veranda's zijn uitgerust met meubels met strandthema zodat u kunt ontspannen terwijl u uitkijkt over de Atlantische Oceaan of de rustige achtertuin. Het uitzicht op de zonsopgang uit de slaapkamer is ongelooflijk! Dit huis biedt u voldoende ruimte om uw familie en vrienden binnen of buiten te vermaken!

De 1e verdieping: 4 slaapkamers, 2 koningen (inclusief de 2e slaapkamer suites) en 2 Queens, een woonkamer, keuken, open lucht veranda en grote afgeschermde veranda achter uitzicht op de prive-achtertuin die back-up naar een vrij beboste heiligdom .

De master suite boven: wow, dit is zeker het hoogtepunt. Op deze verdieping vindt u de extra grote "hoofdslaapkamer" met een prachtig bad met inloopdouche. De woonkamer is ook ruim met gewelfde plafonds en een grote zithoek die opent naar een volledig uitgeruste, ruime, prachtige en high-end keuken, met op maat kasten, granieten aanrecht en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Er is plaats voor 8 rond de keukentafel plus 4 extra barkrukken van het aanrecht.

The house has a great layout for gathering. It appears that it was newly or recently renovated. Even though it’s on the second row, you can see the ocean from the great room and the long front porches. The kitchen was well equipped with multiple sizes of pots and pans, frying pans, bakeware, Utensils, and plastic containers

Family vacation

It was the perfect house for 3 generations of family to spend a quiet week together having fun at the beach, in a family friendly town. The location was perfect to get to the beach, and an easy walk to shops & restaurants. Downtown Charleston was only a 25 minute drive from the house.

The house was perfect for our large family. The dishwasher rack needs to be fixed. The front steps are very steep. I think the elevator needs to be fixed and used by renters. It is also time to organize the kitchen. We loved Folly Beach. One last thing the only place that has hot water is the shower. No hot water in kitchen

Wonderful Family Vacation

The property was just as advertised. Great location with a view of the ocean. Five minute walk to the beach. Kitchen well stocked with plates, glasses, cups, pans, bowls etc. Loved the living room on the top floor for family dining and playing games with all 9 of us.

Love Folly Beach

Had a great time. The house was very clean but had a horrible odor downstairs where 4 bedrooms are located. It smelled like sewer gas. We called the realtor and they were going to send someone but never happened later that day we called again and maintenance came right away. It was still bad however one of our friends is a builder and placed a plastic bag and bowl of water to secure bag over downstairs garbage disposal and worked like a charm. Also upon check in kitchen facet did not work but maintenance told us what to do and commented owner has been told to replace this several times. Couple of things that did bother me was master bedroom on top floor is big and beautiful but all closets locked so my clothes had to be stored in a downstairs closet. Very inconvenient when dressing after your shower. Also not true about beach access directly across the street. You have to walk a half block in either direction to get to the beach. I have rented houses before on Folly and have enjoyed all experiences. This property does not have the amenities as most others. An example is TV and internet. Trust me when I say this, don’t count on either. No channels worth watching and forget amazon or Netflix. The internet just buffers constantly. The last thing that really bothered me was the rules that are posted and taped to almost every cabinet and appliance in the house. Including dishes that you can not use, cabinets and closets you can not use, and air condition that may not be turned down under 75. The combination to the door stopped working a day before we left which was also very inconvenient. Again the house was very pretty and clean. If I owned this house I certainly would make it much more welcoming and comfortable for my guests.

Fabulous on Folly!

We had a wonderful trip to Folly with our daughters and friends, and we truly loved this house. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. There are fabulous porches on the front and back. The downstairs kitchenette and living space make a great hangout for teens or just to give guests some privacy/extra space.

Great Folly Getaway

We hosted our large family at the property- handled everyone comfortably( 4 good sized queen bed rooms and a large King Master and fold out couches in living areas. The main living area on the top floor has large , well equipped kitchen, Master bed and large living dining space. Lower level has 4 bedrooms with a medium size shared living space and kitchenette. Lots of space to spread out or congregate as needed. Both levels have great balconies with sweeping views of the beach/ocean. Located on a section of the beach midway between central town and west end of the island which was much less crowded than rest of beach. A few caveats that kept this from being a 5+ property - the description does not point out that beach is not accessible from directly across the street- you have beach access located East and West of house but carrying gear for this short walk is not easy. Golf carts a must as we had 2 elderly folks and an injured adult that required beach wheel chairs. - Lot's of steps! views are outstanding but getting up there can be a chore. Turns out there was a much needed elevator on the property but it is strictly forbidden and locked. Called the property manager to see if we could gain access and never heard back from owner or mgr. - Property is relatively new and in great shape but beach wear and tear showing in some niggling ways- all the pull chains on the ceiling fans throughout the house and porches are corroded and brittle - they all broke when activating. The kitchen sink faucet is broken and gets stuck in off position. two of the toilets have handles which get stuck and stay on- their are signs on every toilet that say to hold down handle during flush. Shower handle broke off-For a property of this caliber I would expect that they would have made these simple inexpensive repairs. - one roll of toilet paper only per bathroom and one towel person for a week- seriously? - there are warning/instruction signs everywhere throughout the house- how to flush toilet, how to turn on water, which closets are for owner's, which glassware and china is off limits. In addition, closets and cabinets through out the house are padlocked- I mean a lot! kitchen, bedrooms , bathrooms, garage storage all have several locked cabinets. At this price point. You want to feel like you are staying in a friend's luxury home not a house with countless rules, regulations constantly in your face-ultimately it detracted from the experience.

The perfect house for us!

This was our second time staying at this house. It's perfect for our family of 5. We love the layout with the master BR and open living room / kitchen upstairs, and 4 BRs + another living area and small kitchen downstairs, giving the teenagers plenty of room to hang out in their own space. The 2nd row location provides easy access to the beach and great ocean views from the huge porches. We'll be back next year.

This was a perfect location for our 4 day girls trip. The porch was amazing and we enjoyed the rocking chairs in the morning and the evening. We will definitely stay here again.
