Luxe 2-persoons bed op King St, Walk Everywhere w / Parking!

Dit stedelijke en charmante luxe appartement op de 2e verdieping is ideaal gelegen aan King Street, op een steenworp afstand van het Marion-plein en de eersteklas winkels en restaurants. Enkele van onze favorieten zijn Halls Chophouse, The Darling Oyster Bar, Pakket 32, O-Ku en Kudu Coffee & Craft Beer. Met parkeergelegenheid direct achter het gebouw kunt u uw auto achterlaten en overal naartoe wandelen in het hart van het centrum van Charleston.

De open woonkamer en eten in de keuken zijn vol met natuurlijk licht van de muur van ramen die uitkijken op King Street. Decoratieve open haarden in elke kamer brengen de charme van het historische Charleston, gemarkeerd door zichtbare stenen en hoge plafonds. Met twee slaapkamers (elk met kingsize bedden), twee tweepersoons slaapbanken, en twee badkamers, is er ruimte om 8 gasten te slapen. De complete badkamers zijn voorzien van een bad en douche (een met een stoomdouche). Uit de slaapkamer is een volledige walk-in closet, met strijkplank en extra beddengoed als je ze nodig hebt!

Geniet de hele zomer van de boerenmarkt om de hoek in Marion Square met lokale kunstenaars, verkopers en boeren. Het hele jaar door sluit de tweede zondag in King Street (elke tweede zondag van de maand plaatsvindt) Lower King af voor een "winkel en wandeling" met straatverkopers en artiesten, livemuziek, restaurants en winkels.

Als een tweede verdieping appartement is er een aantal trappen om toegang te krijgen tot de huur (geen lift aanwezig). Keyless entry locks zorgen voor gemakkelijke toegang in en uit het appartement.

First time to Charleston. GREAT CITY!! We all loved the apartment, which is in a great location in the heart of it all! But being in the heart of it all also means a lot of street noise-mainly people talking loudly/yelling during/after bar hours-which makes it hard to sleep. We had a fantastic time even with the noise! Walking distance to shops, a gazillion restaurants, the market, and the ocean.

Very cute place with lots of character. Location was in the middle of everything and some great dining. We had everything we needed. Only thing I would say is you are immersed in the business of King street and don’t expect quietness through the night if your a light sleeper bring ear plugs… or enjoy the adventure.

Excellent location on King Street. Nice to have one reserved parking place behind the building. It’s a second floor apartment with two bedrooms and two baths. The living room has to hide the beds if you want for two other couples.Everything was good except for the check-in. Our code did not work and we were stuck in the heat trying to get in. It took about 30 minutes on the phone.The beds and AC were incredible. Firm good mattress and cold AC. The room NOT overlooking the road is the quietest and coolest.

Great location and wonderful property! Centrally located on King Street, it was fun looking out the windows and seeing people walking around. It was easy to walk everywhere from this location. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The linens were clean, good air conditioning in the summer heat, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The parking spot was very convenient right outside the door. Great property, definitely recommend!

The location and amenities are amazing. There is some water intrusion damage on the ceiling that is mildewing the drywall repair needs bleached recoated kilzed and painted to keep it from turning into black mold. If it doesnt get painted the whole repair will need redone

Location was amazing

The location is walkable to everything we wanted to do. The beds are beyond comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to eat breakfast every morning which was nice. Great for 2 couples to hang out and catch up. Highly recommend this condo. The brickwork was beautiful and it was decorated so cute.

Very nice condo in a great location, within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants. There are steps to get up to the unit so potential guests should be aware of that in case it's an issue. Overall a great experience.

Fantastic location- be aware of the noise

Fantastic location for a long weekend to Charleston. Quick access to endless restaurants and scenic areas around the city. Hosts were always a short text away. However!! If you are a medium to light sleeper this rental is not for you. In both bedrooms you can hear every conversation from King's street, every car going down the street, literally anything and everything all hours of the night and morning. Also, for the cost of the rental we were expecting a higher quality of mattresses. All that said- the rental was great and a perfect hangout, yet nobody got a decent night's sleep the 4 nights we were there. Definitely planning on returning to Charleston, but a different location hopefully by Luxury Simplified Retreats.

Very Well Managed

The management company of this particular location was one of the best we have ever worked with. They are very quick to respond and extremely helpful. We used the grocery delivery service which was a lifesaver and so convenient. We stayed for a wedding and the location was ideal. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with fresh white linens.
