Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay on Spring Street. Easy walk to the restaurants we booked and plenty of room in the house. We loved that each bedroom had a beautiful bathroom attached for each couple. We didn't use the courtyard but there is nice outdoor space available.Our favorite meal of the trip – and just a 5 minute walk from the house – was at Vern's. Other delicious dining options nearby we enjoyed were By the Way and Darling Oyster Bar. Easy communication, and we even stored out luggage when we arrived since the house was not yet ready.Would stay here again!

Adorable Spot & Great Location!

The location is excellent and close to so many cool spots. The host was quick to respond when we had some issues with the lock and resolved it that day. The space was perfect for 8 people, we didn't feel too cramped. The only downside is since it's a popular area, the neighborhood gets very noisy on the weekends - so be prepared. They also started cleaning the unit next door at 8 AM which woke some folks up. Otherwise, it was great and would recommend!

Great Stay

We were a group of four women staying at The Manor 93A by Guesthouse. It was perfect - nice location, overall very clean and the beds were very comfortable. They did a great job rehabbing the place keeping the character but with modern amenities. Communications with the owner were excellent. If I had to find something bad about it - my only complaint was there were not cocktail glasses, a shaker or music. The outdoor seating was a little dirty as well. Overall I would definitely go back.

Lovely!!!

This home and its location was amazing. Cleaner than a hotel and each member of my party had their own space. The location allowed us to explore and enjoy Charleston to its fullest. The dedicated parking space was invaluable and the host was responsive to texts. Definitely worth every penny!

93a Spring

We loved the house, but the bedrooms are quite small, especially the king size bedrooms upstairs. The interior house pictures included in the listing make the rooms look much more spacious. We had no room to put our suitcases in our upstairs rooms and no dressers, and one hook for hanging clothes. Also, many other rental units share the same driveway so it can be a bit noisy at night when people return from late night fun. Overall, the house was great, clean and in a typical Charleston neighborhood.

Manor 93A provided the perfect setting to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. The house itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable and en-suite bathrooms (which are hard to find in a 4BDR house) were beautifully appointed. We were steps from everything we wanted to do, but far enough away when it was time to unwind. Zero complaints—when we return to Charleston we hope to stay in this exact property! Bravo!!
