Folly Beach - The Edge of America - is een super relaxte community met geweldige restaurants, nachtleven, winkels en natuurlijk een prachtig strand. Locatie is perfect, op slechts vijf minuten lopen naar Center Street en het strand! Wij zijn gelegen op 15 minuten van het historische centrum van Charleston met eindeloos lekker eten, winkelen, historische bezienswaardigheden en meer. Een openbare golfbaan ligt op slechts 10 minuten afstand op James Island. Een openbare boothelling met parkeergelegenheid bevindt zich op minder dan 8 km afstand. Dit gebied heeft iets voor iedereen ... strand, zwembad, vissen, varen, historische bezienswaardigheden, tuinen, winkelen, golfen, kajakken, paddleboarden - de keuzes zijn eindeloos. Dit is de perfecte stadswoning voor uw familievakantie!

Dit herenhuis met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers (SLEEPS 8) is onlangs bijgewerkt met alle nieuwe meubels en hoogwaardige matrassen. De keuken is volledig gevuld met kookgerei, keukengerei, standaard en Kureg koffiezetapparaat. magnetron en een broodrooster. Dit huis beschikt over een grote veranda in de woonkamer en een terras aan de hoofdslaapkamer met uitzicht op de Folly River. Als gast heeft u toegang tot een GEMEENSCHAPPELIJK ZWEMBAD en VISSENDOK voor het lanceren van uw paddleboard of gewoon om het uitzicht in te nemen. We arrived a couple hours early and they cleaned right up until 4 o’clock so we couldn’t get in and it was so terribly hot.Parking was extremely difficult we had to keep moving cars in and out of the garage… We had three vehicles there. But I would stay there again. There was a lot of space. It was very nice. Great location within walking distance to restaurants.

Wedding weekend stay

This property was perfect for our family of four adults and our two friends—room to stretch out and spend time together on our friends’ wedding weekend. The place is perfectly located to Center Street and the fun and food there but tucked away in a quiet area. The pool was nice, the beds soft (though kind of hot - foam mattresses), and there were plenty of items for our use. The only down side is that the floor was not well cleaned upon arrival, but the management was quick with their response about it. Great stay!

Quiet and fun Getaway

Loved this property! Located in a quiet neighborhood and an easy 12 minute walk to the beach! The community pool wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t an inconvenience to my family since we didn’t use the pool. Having a washer and dryer was a major bonus and they leave a few laundry detergent pods as a courtesy. The puzzle in the house is missing 9 pieces but overall this is a great place for a family vacation. An important note- check out consists of loading and running the dishwasher, stripping all bed linens, and taking out all the trash.

Perfect Beach Escape

This was a perfect vacation escape! The property was available early for us and it was so nice of the manager to text us to let us know without us asking. Our first impression was how comfortable and clean this rental was. The beds were very comfortable! The pool was a little smaller than we thought but still a nice perk. The private dock was one of our favorite places to walk out on and see all the little crabs! We will definitely return if we are back in the area!

Great first stay on Folly Beach

Not the greatest views but put us close to where family was staying. Safe neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants. Very clean, couple of the bedrooms were smaller than pictures portrayed. Loved the 3 bathrooms, which was great for us 5 ladies getting ready for my son's wedding and get togethers. I don't think Vrbo should charge a fee and then expect the client to do half the house cleaning or more, which is an extremely inconvenience when you are on vacation.

This condo was the perfect spot for our 4 day trip to Folly with 5 teenage boys. Even with a rain day, the boys were entertained. It was close to Center Street and the beach. The boys loved the dock. Definitely recommend!!

The condo was as expected upon arrival with the exception of the laundry room door being off track. We sent a text message regarding the issue and received a prompt response. The issue wasn’t urgent but was fixed quickly. The repairman also replaced a couple lightbulbs when he was there to fix the door. He was very nice and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay and seemed to have plenty of room for our group. We will definitely consider this property in the future.

Great location and the entire island is easily accessible from this property. Property was well maintained and very quiet. Covered parking under the unit was nice amenity especially in the summertime. Only comment would be that the appliances and plumbing fixtures need to be updated, but they all worked as intended.
