WATER UITZICHT VAN ELKE SLAAPKAMER IN DEZE 3BR / 3BA HUIS !! Nieuwe vloeren en alle badkamers gerenoveerd in het begin van 2019 en een bonus 4e slaapkamer slaapt een extra gast! Dit prachtige Water's Edge-strandhuis in Folly Beach, SC, maakt deel uit van een gemeenschap die is ontworpen met een knipoog naar de historische kleuren en charme van Charleston. Je toekomstige strandhuis is slechts een paar blokken naar het strand en slechts één blok verwijderd van 'Downtown' Folly. We zijn uitgerust met voorzieningen en vele upgrades die uw Charleston strandvakantie tot een onvergetelijke ervaring zullen maken. Als een toegevoegde plus, we zijn verscholen in een rustige buurt, maar toch op loopafstand van alles wat Folly te bieden heeft! Korte 15 minuten rijden naar het centrum van Charleston waar eten, geschiedenis, winkelen en het nachtleven wachten!

Keuken is uitgerust met mooie granieten aanrechtbladen, aangepaste backslash en al uw apparaat nodig heeft. Hardhout in de keuken en woonkamer en Berber tapijt in alle kamers en de gang. Ontspan en geniet van je favoriete drankjes in de middag op onze beschutte privé veranda, terwijl je kijkt naar de dieren in het wild die regelmatig onze getijdenstroom bezoeken net buiten. Bovenste verdieping een eigen balkon uit de Master Suite heeft een perfect uitzicht op de rivier en prachtige zonsondergangen. Achterterras heeft een buitendouche. Ontspan bij het GEMEENSCHAPPELIJK ZWEMBAD (open van 1 april - 1 oktober) dat beschikbaar is voor alle gasten in het seizoen en een vissershaventje (het hele jaar geopend). Het huis is uitgerust met WASSER, DROGER voor uw gemak.

Family Getaway

We would highly recommend this rental property. This property was in a fantastic location. A pleasant stroll through neighborhoods to shops and restaurants. The pool was well maintained on a daily basis. Walking out onto the docks gave a wondeful view of the river where we spotted dolfins and crabs. The covered area on the dock allwed us to sit and relax in the heat of the day. The house itself was set up beautifully and very clean, with all the comforts of home. There are lots of stairs so be aware if mobility is an issue. Plenty of space to spread out and relax, eat a meal together and watch the sun set. It was a great time with our grown kids.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This was a lovely home just a few blocks away from downtown Folly Beach and the public beach. The home was really clean and comfortable, and the balcony off the master bath was wonderful for sunbathing and reading. The directions we received for check-in and checkout were really clear and included provided items (soap, linens, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent), things to do, and places to eat. It was nice that it was sent as a link to my phone so I could access it at any time. We also enjoyed fishing from the dock--and even saw a dolphin playing at the water's edge one dock away. The company was easy to reach with questions and they communicated clearly and frequently. You might be able to get it cheaper through MyOceanRental. We highly recommend it if you're looking for a great vacation home!

We had a fabulous time. This location was perfect for our needs and had everything we could need. Walking distance to all the restaurants and pier. Great communication and easy check in and check out process. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely rent this one again.

Great location! My Ocean Rental staff provided a thorough digital guestbook. They were friendly & responded quickly to questions. We walked to restaurants & beach several times. Loved watching sunset on the fishing pier. We did not use the pool but it was very clean with amble chairs. Home itself was perfect size & very well stocked to cook in or do carry out. It was accurate to pictures & descriptions provided. The decks were fabulous to enjoy the perfect weather. Cannot wait to return again!

It's in a good location and within walking distance of everything. It's great that we could bring the boat up and load it at the dock. However, the condo floors and rugs were dirty. Not good for babies crawling around on the floor.

Perfect April Friends’ Week

113 Water’s Edge was a great place for 4 retired friends to enjoy a week getaway. The condo was lovely, plenty of room for everyone including bathrooms, big kitchen/dining area, and great outdoor spaces. Enjoyed the pool and dock at sunset. Just minutes walk to beach, plenty of parking and close to Charleston by car! Note - the 4th smallest bedroom doesn’t have a window. Property management arranged for Comcast to fix the internet and tv without being asked on day #1. Overall was perfect for our group.

Property was very clean, updated, and comfortable for our party of 5 adults. All the beds were comfy; good pillows, bedding, etc. View of the river was peaceful, and loved the location to the dock. Very convenient to downtown Folly, too! We did have a maintenance issue during our stay and the property managers took care of it right away. Very easy to communicate with. Would recommend this property and My Ocean Rentals for your Folly visit!

Great fall break getaway

Everything was perfect! We loved the location. It was close to downtown Folly and the beach, but having the fishing pier was the best! The house was outfitted well with towels and essentials like spices and even K-cups for the Keurig. I would definitely suggest to future renters to walk to restaurants or shops and to get your groceries on the way in since most parking downtown is not free and shopping on the island is minimal. The only negative that might affect renters, is the stairs coming from the garage and the top floor are very steep. I don’t think my older parents would be able to go with us for this reason. This house is perfect for a weekend getaway, very clean and modern.
