Set inside a charming pastel pink historic home reminiscent of Rainbow Row, you’ll enter via a private stairway and arrive at a bright, inviting living space filled with natural light. The cozy living area opens to a balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening downtime, and includes a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. A dining table for four makes it easy to enjoy meals together or plan the day ahead.

Just off the living area, the first bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, desk, TV, ceiling fan, and open closet, ideal for resting, working remotely, or getting ready to explore the city. A nearby full bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with a relaxing rain shower head.

Down the hall, the kitchen adds a splash of personality with rich colors, modern appliances, and stylish finishes. From here, you’ll find the second bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and its own ensuite bathroom, offering added privacy and comfort.

The kitchen also connects to a convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and extra refrigerator. Step out the back door to access the off-street parking area and a second balcony for fresh air and quiet moments outdoors. Your dedicated parking space is clearly marked in the gravel lot behind the home.

Please note: due to the home’s proximity to Septima P. Clark Parkway, some traffic noise may be heard. For guests sensitive to sound, we’ve thoughtfully provided white noise machines to help ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
