    The Space

    Completely renovated with modern farmhouse style, this 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Each bedroom features a queen bed, plus an open loft landing with two twin bunk beds — perfect for kids or extra guests. Two full bathrooms make it ideal for families or couples traveling together.



    Outdoor Living

    Step outside to your built-in outdoor grill, relax with a picnic overlooking the meadow, or explore the wooded trails that wind through the property. In summer, enjoy nearby Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan beaches. In winter, hit the slopes at Boyne Mountain or Nub’s Nob, both just a short drive away.



    ATVs and outdoor recreation are welcome with a signed waiver, and hunting is available with prior permission.

The ceiling fans were very dirty, probably had not been cleaned in many months. The bed on the ground floor was only a full-size bed, not a queen; it was not comfortable for my wife and me. Other than that, the stay was phenomenal.

It was the perfect romantic getaway for our anniversary in the beautiful Charlevoix/Petoskey area.The home is stunning—bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed with an awesome rustic finish that perfectly blends modern comfort with charming farmhouse character. High-end finishes, comfortable furnishings, and a gorgeous kitchen made cooking meals a joy. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-stocked. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we especially appreciated the peaceful setting with lovely views.We spent most of our downtime on the nice patio with the great grill—it was perfect for relaxing, enjoying morning coffee, and cooking up some delicious meals outdoors. The location is ideal: easy access to charming towns, beaches, wineries, and outdoor activities, yet quiet and private. Communication with the host was excellent from booking through checkout. We truly felt at home and didn’t want to leave!If you’re looking for a beautiful, modern farmhouse experience in Northern Michigan, book this one—you won’t be disappointed. Clean Country Stay

What a lovely place in a country setting, but not too far from our favorite places. The interior was just as beautiful as it appearred. Our six adults were quite comfortable. Wish we could have stay longer to enjoy the front porch and patio more.

We love our stays here, and this was no exception. The location is great for skiing in the winter and to access local restaurants. The house is clean and has all the things you need when staying for a long weekend. It was super convenient that the driveway was plowed for us without asking when we stayed during the winter.

Family and I had a great stay. Very quaint and quiet. Check in was easy. The kids loved the bunk beds. They are at the top of the stairs in the hallway so something to consider as you’ll walk past them to get to the other 2 bedrooms upstairs to not wake them up. Loved the outdoors and fire pit. Great central location between Charlevoix and Petoskey. Would stay again!
