'Loved the location downtown and just a few minutes to the beach’'

'Super cute beach like cottage! The location is perfect to walk to most places in Charlevoix! We used the backyard for a family get together and it was shaded and secluded. Loved the touch of the coffee bar! Gave us a candle with the house on it nice touch too! Bathrooms were a nice size also! Nice having the washer and dryer right there. So overall, we give it 5 out of 5 stars!'

'Quaint and charming cottage! Perfect for our stay with 8 people. Very peaceful.'

'House was great for our family for our daughters wedding.'

'The place was perfect for 6 people to relax and spend time together.'

'Cute little rental spot only a few minutes out of town. The dock was perfect to fish off of and enjoy a peaceful relaxing evening. We had a few hiccups, but the hosts were excellent and took care of it immediately! The second bathroom off of the kitchen is very tiny and my 6’2 husband was a little squished on the loo. If we’re ever back in the area, would stay again!'

'Wonderful location for a downtown Charlevoix stay. Convenient to shops restaurants and bars. Balcony overlooking downtown provides an enjoyable area to relax. Host was very responsive and communication was easy and prompt. Definitely recommend.'

'There is only one word to describe this home: calming. You feel it when you walk in the front door. The cleanliness, the smell, the furnishings, the windows, the location and so much more! We feel fortunate to be able to stay at this property. Thank you!'

'Super cute place, very quiet and serene and private. It is a little bit of a hike up to the treehouse (as it should for a treehouse!) so prepare for a rest break on your way up if you bring anything heavy with you, haha! I dropped a star for communication with the owner only because you communicate via another platform with them, and it was tough to know where to email questions and when to anticipate a response, though we did connect eventually! I don't have experience with communication...

'Great location and a very clean place. We had a wonderful visit!'

'The little red cabin was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. The cabin is well equipped with many little extras that made our stay enjoyable. The quality of the bed, linens, towels, and outdoor furniture was especially delightful. Bonus - there was plenty of wood for a fire. Samantha our host was responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!'

'We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean and matched both the description and pictures in the listing. The location is very convenient to Boyne City and Charlevoix (for 5 it is fun to take the Ironton Ferry and saves quite a bit of time). The view of the lake from the family room, two front bedrooms and the deck is beautiful.'

'To be honest the photos online don’t do this place justice. We’re not an easy to please group to be honest and we’re a bit nervous from the photos, but the place is absolutely awesome. The game room is great for kids and the property is quiet and clean and large and has great views. The hosts happily accommodated my dad’s camper and were flexible with our pontoon. If we’re back in Northern Michigan we will seek this location again in a heartbeat'

'We had such a pleasant stay! My boys loved all the activities outside and the house was really well appointed. The upstairs living room and the basement living space are both great to spend time in. Would highly recommend this property for a family vacation to Boyne! Minutes away from Somerset Pointe Marina and an easy 5 min drive to town.'
