'Perfect location to be able to walk down town.'

'6 adults and 7 kids 8 and under - lots of fun and shenanigans in this house that provided enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The dining and kitchen spaces worked well for the group, allowing lots of play space in the open living area for the kids while adults cooked or chilled. Basketball hoop in the driveway was a nice plus for the older girls. Fire pit was great although we had to buy own wood. Well stocked kitchen was heavily used, with appliances all very adequate. 'This was a wonderful home and a great location near Lake Michigan. All the stores and and restaurants are a short walk from the house making it fun and convenient. The house is charming and was fully stocked with towels, dishes, and everything else that we needed. Owners were excellent to deal with. Highly recommend!'

'Perfect stay in Charlevoix in a very nice neighborhood just a 10 minute walk to Lake Michigan, a 20 minute walk to downtown, or a 20 minute walk to Lake Charlevoix. Owner/property manager was extremely helpful. He has a paddleboard that we used and that turned out to be a lot of fun for all of us. House was very clean, everything worked well. There was plenty to do in and around Charlevoix like fishing, and mushroom houses, and feed the fish and hiking and golf and swimming and boating. Already...

'Charlevoix weekend with sisters and their husbands. Great house for a group. The kitchen was our favorite spot to sit and have coffee in the morning - loved the couch in the kitchen. We had great dinners at the large dining table. Easy walking distance to Charlevoix.'

'We had a wonderful family vacation at the Dune Cottage to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The views were breathtaking and 2 weeks later I’m still missing the beautiful sunsets. We saw lots of wildlife, including two bald eagles who sat by the water for over an hour one morning. We enjoyed walking the quiet beach every day looking for fossils and found a lot of Petosky stones. We had plenty of room for 6 adults. The home is spacious and the kitchen was great. 'The property was clean, easy to find everything worked, and it was comfortable. The only semi-negative, would be the Rd noise in the bedroom closest to the road. My wife is a light sleeper so she slept on the couch in the living room, which has a porch to Insulate the sound. Other than that it was a wonderful short trip to upper Michigan.'
