Goed hotel. Bij het zwembad hoor je het verkeer vanaf de naastgelegen snelweg. Binnen hoor je hier echter niets van. Zeer enthousiaste receptioniste (Desiree)👍

Great staff! Everything in the room was clean. Breakfast was good. There is highway noise from the room. Parking is convenient but there is no charging station for EV cars.

For whatever reason we were given a handi-cap room. The toilet was rocky, not attached well at the base. The flashing of lighting for communicating for handicap person flashed off and on all night long along with noise from the expressway behind us… noisy and disturbing. Clerk at the sign in desk was very pleasant!

Clean property. Breakfast was extremely poor, just oatmeal cereal and bread. There was no eggs or bacon. It was evident that management are saving monies of food and manpower. Pillow cover missing, front desk asked us to come down from the room to get it as she was the only one working. Will not stay at any Hilton location since breakfast was a let down. Only meant to attract unsuspecting customers, sad!

The assistant/acting manager Desiree Perry was not only very customer service oriented, but went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I felt welcomed and had our needs met and exceeded. Because of her, we will definitely consider coming back to this establishment and her service left such a great impression that we’re trying to see how to make our way back to Cornelius and the surrounding areas near Charlotte. Thanks Desiree!

Hotel was clean, service was excellent. Road noise on odd number rooms that face the highway was terrible. Bring ear plugs or request an even numbered room.

Hampton Lake Norman stay
The hotel didn’t have the handicap shower accessible room which we reserved available because of “mechanical issues “. We finally agreed to take a similar but non handicap room and were promised 10000 Hilton honors points for being inconvenienced. Those points did not show up in my account. The room was clean, quiet , and comfortable except for the fact that the bathroom door allowed for no privacy. It was a barn door design and would not stay closed or allow you to lock it. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful
