Dog Policy:

Dogs are allowed upon approval. $100 pet fee (per pet, 1 max, under 30 lbs)

Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Extra fees will incur if hair is found on furniture or bedding.
DO NOT leave dogs unattended under any circumstances.

Smoking IS NOT ALLOWED both indoor or outdoor! The home is surrounded by pine needles and can easily catch on fire.
