'The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. 'We traveled to Moms cabin from upstate NY for a family wedding in NC. It was a fabulous location, we had our 4 year old grandson with us and we were able to do morning and evening fishing which he loved! Loved the screened in porch, it was an excellent week of adventure.'

'My husband and I stayed for 1 night, had an amazing time. The portable AC worked perfect and was able to cool the entire dome despite the 90 degree heat! We enjoyed our time by the fire and eating our meals outside. The nature scenery was very serene with birds and deer passing by. 'We found this little gem of a place to stay in Matthews on VRBO while visiting our daughter and grandchildren. Easy to find, perfect location, close to shopping and restaurants. 'Everything was as described. House was clean and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Location is close to grocery store and other stores, but tucked back out of the busy area. Beautiful location on the lake. We rented a boat for 3 days and we were able to leave it at the dock on the property. My adult kids loved being able to fish from the dock and relax on the water. Emily was great with information on places to eat and things to do. '

'The whole house was very clean and had games, dice and a deck of cards to use! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cooking equipment, the yard was well kept and the hot tub was very clean as well. The hosts were very quick to respond and were super accommodating the entire stay. Less than a 10 minute drive to a boat ramp and provided paddle board worked perfectly!'
