Very clean. However kitchen is not equipped, no glasses, no plates, no cutlery or utensils. No ice machine for travellers on the premises, must turn on ice maker in refrigerator in your room. Not convenient , luckily Our favorite coffee shop supplied ice for water bottles.

We understand that not having immediate access to ice and not providing kitchen utensils and dishes as standard can be inconvenient for some of our guests. To address this, kitchen packs containing utensils, plates, and glasses are available for purchase at the front desk to ensure hygiene and offer flexibility to our guests who need them.We are currently reviewing our policies and considering ways to enhance the convenience of these amenities based on valuable guest feedback like yours. Carla the receptionist was pleasant, friendly and professional. The room was well equipped with fridge, microwave, stovetop. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean. We had a very nice stay, we will return again next year around. Good job! However, it would have been nice to have known ahead of time to enter by Silva street instead of the hotel driveway.

Road Noise
The service was very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. The issue is that the hotel is located very close the Highway 77 and the road noise at night is terrible. Hard to get any sleep with the sounds of cars and roaring trucks.

Our location near Highway 77 offers great accessibility to many local attractions, but we understand that it can also lead to some noise challenges. For future visits, we recommend requesting a room facing the other side of the parking lot, which guests often find to be quieter. The room was very musty it had a bad smell. They were suppose to clean the room every 4 days but our room was cleaned on the fifth. If you needed toilet paper or towels you had to get supplies from the front desk.

I had not heard of this brand of hotel before so I was worried because of the low price it would be dumpy. It wasn’t. The staff were friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel itself was nice and updated and well maintained. The pet fee was also very cheap, especially compared to some hotels that charge an outrageous amount. Highly recommend.
