Knowledgeable and welcoming staff made the visit memorable! There are some rooms which also face the water - see if you can request one for a fantastic view! If you are driving, downtown Charlottetown parking can be challenging to find so I recommend getting valet parking, leaving your car and then exploring downtown! '

'When booking, people should be informed that there is an area to remove your suitcases from the trunk of the car and leave them at reception. before going searching for a parking place. The lighting above the bed could be improved a bit as you cannot lie in bed and read as the lighting isn't strong enough. We love the fact that there was a restaurant and bar right next door didn't have to go far to get something to eat or drink. Would definitely recommend it to anyone'
