Een absoluut hoogtepunt was het zwembad. Perfect onderhouden, met ligstoelen eromheen, ideaal om even af te koelen of te ontspannen na een dagje uit. We hebben hier echt van genoten, zeker op de warme dagen. Er is ook een mooie tuin.
Het ontbijt was elke ochtend vers en uitgebreid, met lokale producten en zelfgemaakte lekkernijen.

We enjoyed eating the continental breakfast on the patio outside each morning and loved relaxing by the pool after exploring during the day. "We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Hele mooie locatie, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is heerlijk! De omgeving van de gite is rustig, landelijk. Er is in de omgeving veel te doen; leuke stadjes, veel kastelen, de dierentuin en het aquarium. Wij beleefden een topvakantie."

"De vakantiewoning heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Hij is klein, vooral de benedenverdieping maar veel ruimte heb je ook niet nodig. Er zit alles in van wasmachine tot vaatwasser. Wat een beetje een nadeel kan zijn is dat er een inducitie kookplaat met maar 2 zones is. Je kunt niet veel tegelijk koken. De slaapkamer was zeer ruim en de badkamer groot genoeg. De douche is 80x80. Dat kan net, maar groot genoeg. De locatie is fantastisch. Heel erg rustig straatje met maar af en toe een auto en muziek van de vogels van de morgen tot de avond. Op loopafstand van het chateau Chennonseaux. De moeite waard om te bezoeken.Ik zou dit huisje weer boeken."
