Traditioneel huis in Cape Cod-stijl met een grote privétuin in een rustige wijk Chatham.

• Perfect voor dagen op het strand.
We hebben alles wat je nodig hebt: strandstoelen, parasol, zandspeelgoed en koeler. Chatham heeft een behoorlijk aantal stranden aan zee en zoet water. Beroemd Hardings Beach ligt op slechts 5 minuten afstand. Heerlijke buitendouche en een waslijn maken uitstapjes vanaf het strand gemakkelijk.

• Ontspan in de tuin of op het dek.
Hang in de hangmat om een dutje te doen of in de schaduw te lezen. Speel games in de grote privétuin, geschikt voor familievoetbal, wiffleball, jeu de boules en croquet-spellen die leuk zijn voor alle leeftijden. Geniet van een maaltijd, vermaak of ontspan gewoon op het dek. Het dek heeft comfortabel meubilair, een eettafel en een grote gasgrill. Een van onze favorieten is om "The Garden Path" te verkennen, een graspad dat van het huis naar Oyster Pond loopt.

• Veelzijdige locatie.
Mooie vakantieplek in de buurt van mooie stranden, fietspaden, wandelen, uitstekende winkels en restaurants. 5 minuten naar het centrum van Chatham en Hardings Beach. Op loopafstand van de lokale vismarkt, deli, natuurvoedingswinkel en pizza. Het huis ligt in een rustige omgeving aan een doodlopende weg naar Oyster Pond, geen doorgaand verkeer of openbare toegang.

The unusual heat during our stay was a bit of a curve ball, but it only made us appreciate this very comfortable sanctuary more after staying in another place over the days before that had us sweltering much of the time. Bonnie's sweet and well-maintained home was very comfortable and appreciated by everyone. It's also well located for exploring not only around Chatham but all around the Cape. Bonnie also gets high marks for being very helpful and always accessible.Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Cape Cod summer house. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and came with all necessary household amenities. The décor is full of coastal charm with accents and cozy touches that create a perfectly inviting atmosphere for vacation relaxation. It was well equipped for beach activities and family recreation in the backyard.The location was ideal, tucked away on a quiet street, close to restaurants and shops, yet just a short drive to local beaches. Its proximity to the downtown area makes it a perfect place to stay for exploring the area. After cocktails on the deck, one evening, we walked to Mac’s Chatham Fish and Lobster for dinner, and on another, we enjoyed a meal at Pates Restaurant. Most days we went to Hardings Beach and then stopped by Dogfish Taco, a fun nearby indoor/outdoor restaurant with live music. When we got back home everyone loved using the outdoor shower, which was exhilarating.Our exceptional host, Bonnie, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was readily available to answer any questions and even provided a binder with helpful local recommendations. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return next summer. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing Cape Cod experience!

This place is so cute! Perfect for a family with small kids. Nice, large dining table with umbrella on the deck... we could enjoy drinks outside with full view of the kids playing badminton. The yard is HUGE with lots of space to escape to the hammock, pitch a tent, play bocce ball, etc. Inside is very clean and has a "beachy" feel. Good supply of board games & puzzles. Best feature, tho, is the outdoor shower, especially in the morning when the sun shines on that side of the house and you are surrounded by a rainbow right there in the shower. Nothing better! Will definitely return!

The stay was wonderful, home is in a great location, and was equipped with everything we needed - the kitchen, we grilled, we did laundry a couple of nights. Sat out on the deck and played in the yard with our kids. It was a short 3 minute walk to Mac's Seafood - which was our favorite restaurant!! Pate's and Chatham Cut are both also 3-5 min walk! A quick 5-10 min drive anywhere else - grocery store, downtown. Favorite beach - Hardings Beach - was only a mile away. Bonnie was a great host and very easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed at Bonnie's cottage Aug 3-Aug 10. We stayed in Chatham last year as well, but this years rental was far better. Bonnie has thought of everything. We really enjoyed the beautiful views and breezes off the back deck. We grilled and ate outside most nights. My husband watched the sun rise every morning. My kids ages 8 and 10 really enjoyed playing badmitton and cornhole in the large backyard. My sons favorite beach was Hardings Beach, so close only 5 minutes from the house, it had small waves and warmer water, not as big as the waves on the National Seashore, which we also frequented, Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light. Spectacular dunes on those, bigger waves and colder water but very refreshing! We really enjoyed taking a hike in Monomoy National Wildlife Park. I would highly recommend going. Oyster Pond was also delightful and free parking. My infant son really enjoyed floating around in his floatie at Schoolhouse Pond while mom/dad and our bigger kids swam and took turns rising our kayak. We had an incredible time. The house was clean, decorated beautifully with coastal prints and details. The beds were comfortable. Having laundry room and outdoor shower huge plus. Overall it was a perfect choice for us and we hope to return next year. Thanks for having us Bonnie!

We had a great time! The house had everything we needed except linen and towels, but the owner notified us that we could bring ours or rent and we decided to bring ours. The owner was very responsive and made great recommendations for things to do. The beaches were super close and lots of fun. We would recommend this house to our friends and family.

My family loved our stay in this wonderful house. The house was very clean and well maintained. It is on a quiet street with a short 5 minute ride to Ridgevale beach which was perfect for my young kids. My kids also loved the yard and the outdoor shower. It was very peaceful having coffee and breakfast on the deck each morning. The host, Bonnie, was very helpful and gave us some great information on how to make the most of our time in Chatham. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Chatham very much! Bonnie was wonderful and contacted us prior to our stay, we were welcomed with all the information on the area as well as some snacks for the kids! Chatham is a very special town in Cape Cod and we are so happy we stayed in such a wonderful location. Mac's is a great restaurant in walking distance, I think we ate there 3 times! The yard was perfect for the kids to run around, and my husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee outside on the deck each morning. If you are there in the summer, be sure to check out the summer baseball league, we enjoyed cheering on the Chatham team on the 4th of July. If you are debating where to stay on the cape, for sure stay in this location, it is by far the best!

Our favorite thing about this house is the location. Chatham was our favorite town on the Cape and this cozy house is just a few minutes away from the best shopping and restaurants. The house is clean and Bonnie is an excellent host who checked in on us consistently. The street is extremely quiet and safe, and all we heard were crickets chirping. Highly recommend!

The communication with the owner was wonderful! She really cares that your check in goes smoothly and that any questions you have during your stay get answered. We appreciated the central air conditioning on warm, humid days. Also, we liked having access to the property's beach chairs and beach umbrella as it was great for our trips to different beaches. Beautifully appointed traditional cape property close to lots of the things we enjoy about The Cape... Loved the "secret" path to Mac's seafood - many trips to buy the freshest seafood for supper. Also the proximity to Chatham airport for access to the bike path, excellent food at Hangar B and short sightseeing flights... Bonnie was super attentive and responsive to our needs.

From the beginning the communication was on point and Bonnie went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. The house was well stocked, clean and functional for a family of 4 and our boys loved the outdoor shower and playing cars and tag in the backyard. The location was convenient (waking distance) for food and shopping. Oyster Pond Beach and Nantucket Sound beaches were very close and great for young children. Highly recommend and overall a great stay!

House centrally located. Minutes into town. Minutes to Beach. Host extremely accomodating. Shed well stocked with beach items. No need to bring your own. KIds LOVED outdoor shower. Lots of restaurants nearby both walkable & driveable. Only complaint . . . Needs a wastebasket in laundry to throw away lint. Literally only complaint 😊

We did a quick weekend trip and couldn’t be more happy with our stay. The home was clean & quiet and has everything you need like beach chairs, laundry, HVAC, etc, and check-in was seamless. Bonnie is an amazing property manager and made sure we felt at home. The location is perfectly situated - a few minutes walk to Mac’s and Pates, walk to downtown Chatham, easy drive/Uber over to Harwichport and Dennisport, and nice drive up to Nauset & Coast Guard beach, all of which we were able to do comfortably over the weekend. All and all, this is one of the best value stays around Chatham for a small group and a great alternative to the astronomically high summer hotel prices…we’d definitely stay again!

Location was perfect for us! Quiet, nice area to stay. There’s a small back deck to sit and enjoy the weather and stars. Bonnie, the manager, was great to communicate with and very helpful. House was as appeared, You do need to go through the 2nd bedroom to get to the 3rd bedroom. Recommendation to supply toiletries for guests. Great home for small family vacation stay. Thank you
