'The “Surf Shack” is a very nice comfortable house that was great for a nice relaxing trip to Cape Cod. It’s in a great location right near the beaches and yet in a nice quiet neighborhood.'

'We loved staying at this beautiful house in Harwich. The property was clean, cozy and felt just like home. There was a fenced in back yard which was perfect for our dog and kids. Very private and close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We look forward to visiting again in the future!'

'Nice house in a beautiful location. However when I asked if it were possible to check in a little early I was told no. The house wasn't even ready at the agreed upon check in time. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes before we were allowed to check in and were expected to leave promptly at 10:00am check out time. Additionally, all the trash from the previous guests were not taken and therefore all trash bins were full and had to be vigilant of the raccoons trying to get at the trash. The shower...

'This house was super clean and comfortable. The sun room was terrific place for our group to hang out it, it has fabulous air flow with the windows open. Genevieve was VERY responsive and proactive. Would stay here again!'

'House was beautiful, well maintained and in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach where the tide can go out to about a mile. Never seen a tide go out that far. Truly breathtaking. Take time to read Sally Gunnings books. She a fine author.If we ever get back to Cape Cod this will be where we stay.'

'The property turned out to be just as showed in the pictures. We found it clean with supplies, even though the list indicated that there will none (or very few). The location was perfect. Minutes walk from Herring Pond, 5 minutes drive (or walk) to First Encounter, and close to Orleans and Eastham. We will try to return next year!'

'Overall the property was perfect. Great location, super clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The only negative I can say is that the property is a duplex and that’s not mentioned in the listing. Overall great spot and would stay there again!'
