The Riverfront Hideaway boasts a mix of modern and rustic design elements throughout and offers all the amenities of the city while being secluded away in nature. Soak in the tranquil sounds of the river and private dam just steps from the back deck. Amenities include a games room (pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table, foosball table, basketball shootout), hot tub on the master bedroom balcony, firepit with swing chairs, BBQ on the back deck, and several arcade machines.

Located within steps of snowmobile trails, rail trails, and managed forests trails which provides endless trails for hikers, mountain bikers, ATVers, cross-country skiers and snowmobilers looking for unlimited outdoor adventures all year round. These trails are fully groomed in the winter and beautifully maintained all year long.

In the summer months the area becomes a mecca for hikers, road bikers, rock climbers, travelers and adventurers. Winter is a wonderland of cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowmobiling, and stargazing. Located 30 minutes to Blue Mountain and 25 minutes from Beaver Valley Ski Club, you will be centrally located to endless outdoor activities.

Garage/Games Room: The oversized garage has been converted into a heated/cooled games room which offers a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, foosball, and a basketball shootout arcade game for hours of enjoyment. Also included in the games room is an extra fridge for overflow items and drinks as well as outdoor games. Outdoor games include Mega Jenga, Corn Hole, Ladder Ball, Soccer, Football and Frisbee.

Family Room: The spacious family room includes an oversized sectional couch, a cuddler couch (which everyone will wrestle over), a fireplace for cozy nights, and a vinyl record player with lots of classic vinyl records to enjoy. Also included in the family room is a 65-inch smart TV which is equipped with Netflix, Disney +, and Virgin Plus TV (which includes all major networks and specialty tv channels).

Kitchen: The open concept kitchen is fully equipped and designed for gourmet meal preps and cooking to entertain friends and family. The kitchen also includes a coffee bar which is always the most popular destination in the morning.

Master/Primary Bedroom: The spacious master suite offers a luxurious king bed with separate sitting and yoga areas, breathtaking cathedral ceilings, private bathroom, dedicated workspace with desk, quiet nursery with crib, a 50-inch smart TV, and a private balcony with 3 -person hot tub and sweeping views of backyard and riverfront. All bedrooms are newly updated with new furnishings, and hotel quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens.

The master bedroom walk-in closet also has a crib and a kids twin bunk bed (bedding not provided for the crib and bunk beds).

Bedroom 2: The impressive secondary bedroom offers a luxurious queen bed and 2 twin beds. This room includes impressive views of the backyard and riverfront and has a dedicated workspace with desk.

Bedroom 3 & 4: The third and fourth bedrooms are equally well-appointed with luxurious queen beds that will offer guests a peaceful and relaxing nights sleep.

Basement: The basement offers a bar area, a 45-inch TV, and a board games cabinet for hours of fun. Also included in the basement are 5 additional arcade machines which include Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter II, Pac-Mania, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and a custom built arcade system which has 8,000 retro games.

Outdoors: The outdoor living space offers spectacular views of the gardens and riverfront with a back deck and dining table, lounge area and BBQ, a fire pit area with Muskoka chairs, an abundance of green space for outdoor games and exploring, and a private dam on the river with Muskoka chairs which are nestled at the end of the property. Enjoy sunny days with a picnic by the river or pond and don't forget to bring your fishing rod.

Sustainability: Please note the Riverfront Hideaway is also very eco-friendly and has been equipped with sustainable geothermal heating and cooling throughout the property including the garage/games rooms. The master bedroom has its own additional heating and cooling system. Also, the driveway has a 120v plug for EV charging (exterior electrical outlet).
