Place is great and just as described and represented. Had 4 adult men staying for a local golf outing for 2 nights and it's a perfect place for that. Brewery and restaurant next door make it easy to walk down and fill up and then hang out at the place in the evening. Beds are comfortable and everything you need is there already. Would recommend for a Chattanooga south side stay.

Great vibe in Chattanooga

We had a wonderful stay here. Jared was amazing to communicate with before we arrived. The townhouse was easy to find and beautiful. Parking is a bit of a challenge but if you stay aware it’s not a problem. The house was very clean and decorated so nice. The bedrooms were roomy with very comfortable beds and plenty of privacy for couples traveling together. The kitchen was well stocked. Our favorite spot was the rooftop seating. We sat out every night with the fire pit going and watched the gorgeous sunsets. We didn’t try the restaurant next door but it was very popular. Each room had a sound machine so outside noises were not a problem. Just can’t say enough nice things about this rental.

Great location, spotless townhome, very comfortable beds, and an awesome rooftop patio, perfect for watching the sunset over Lookout Mountain. The owners were great to work with. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again.

Awesome stay!

These folks know how to make a space. Absolutely stunning listing where it actually looks better in person than in the pictures. We were group of 8 girls and we all fit comfortably. Very clean and one of my favorite parts was that they actually had good tools to use in their kitchen. Centrally located and the brewery next door had awesome food. The Christmas decor they added made it a great place of refuge during the cold, rainy days. Living room was large enough for all of us to have a game night. Hosts were great communicators and checkout list was very reasonable. Bear in mind if someone in your party has mobility issues the stairs may be a problem. Would totally recommend this listing!
