'Check in and check out was very easy. The gentleman at the counter came out and helped him carry our luggage to the 2nd floor room. It’s an older motel but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area is quiet and close to downtown and to a lighthouse with a walk out pier. My husband and I would definitely stay here again. '

'Beautiful place. Very clean and beautiful room. Beautiful view of St Mary's River. Such nice staff at the hotel. Just don't call the generic phone number to reserve. That random national Best Western phone operator told me, a single woman on the road, $230.00 a night and they only had one room left. I then actually booked through Expedia for $180.00 a night and the hotel was NOT full. She had lied to me. '

'My wife can't do stars well so he got us a room on first floor. We had a small patio with chairs and sat and watched the water and birds for a while. An order property but quite comfortable and larger room than some of the newer places. Overall, a nice stay.'
