'Very friendly staff. Nice pub and restaurant downstairs. Our room was on the street side and above pub outdoor seating, so it was a little noisy. One of our windows didn’t shut completely, which didn’t help. But it quieted down a lot at night. Very clean and comfortable.'

'Found this little gem near Bristol airport. The accommodation was absolutely stunning – spotless, spacious and beautifully presented, with so much thought and attention to detail throughout. Everything had been considered, from the lovely selection of juices, teas and coffees to the generous supply of milk, including alternative milk options. It was such a comfortable, welcoming and relaxing place to stay, and a real treat before travelling. We only wish we could have stayed longer!'

'The room was excellent, though the bed felt too soft for my preference (not a criticism). The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. On the other hand, the Wi-Fi and signal were poor; we rely heavily on such services nowadays... No hotel parking was available. I would return at any time.'

'Room was cleaned daily ...coffee tea was replaced daily but weather was so good out early so didn't have meals there . So couldn't pass comment on this'

'Great quirky but cozy property with super friendly and helpful staff'

'Lisa was very thorough and explained everything. She also suggested me the good restaurant and places to visit. Enjoyed my stay'

'Great for the price.'

'Leuke accommodatie! Ruime kamer met een lekkere douche, van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook een leuke plek in de stad: op loopafstand van het nieuwe centrum en de haven.'

'The room was very clean and tidy. Location was perfect for us, very close to everything!'

'Mooi gelegen , typisch Engels hotel . Goede kamers met gerenoveerde badkamer . Personeel erg vriendelijk . Ligt net iets buiten het centrum. '

'Bedroom really needs updating and TLC. Carpet was marked and mattress saggy and uncomfortable. Bath panel needs repainting. Very weird door in bedroom that when opened had a duvet hanging between our door and the one immediately behind. Beautiful old building but difficult to shut windows and paint peeling. On a positive, the food in the restaurant was good and staff were all friendly. Lovely little village with some nice one off shops/cafes. I think the price is high for a basic pub...

Prettig verblijf gehad. Locatie super. Ontbijt ruimte snikheet.'

'It’s is a lovely place to stay and the price and quality of the food is amazing.'

'Vreselijk! Het stonk op de kamer. Je kon niet op de toilet zitten, want dan zat de wasbak in de weg! Zo klein!!! Schimmel overal, haren overal Bah bah'

'Room not clean, extremely small, bad shower, fridge not working.. '

'Very nice B&B at walking distance from Bath centre. Nice spaces for relaxing and breakfast, friendly service. Only minor complaint is space in the room and price , but that is a general observation on traveling in the UK'

'Our stay at Windsor Townhouse was absolutely excellent. The accommodation was spotless, welcoming and comfortable, with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! Breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, with a special mention to Victoria and Katriona, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was also so thoughtful of them to look after our cases for us until it was time to leave, which made our departure so much easier. We...
