'My check in was somewhat confusing but eventually got thru it. If you're a cancer patient be sure to have your verification letter from Mayo Clinic several days before arriving. I was waiting to hear from Hope Lodge and didn't want to book something and have to cancel and possibly get charged for a room I didn't need. Book directly with hotel, be careful sometimes you think you are booking with the hotel online but in fact you are with third party. You will not receive cancer rate if this...
