'Every single interaction with staff was a great experience! Having other resort access was also a huge plus. Spent most days at the infinity pool where we always had great service & great view. The spa was another great spot- sports complex, massages, health bar, gym, lazy river, and health circuit which includes dry and wet saunas, cold plunge, hot tubs etc.

The only suggestion I have is around pool area and water maintenance of the pools as it is the only water you can dip into on the property. 'We arrived the day after Hurricane Beryl, there was no one at the hotel, we had the hotel to ourselves. We enjoyed every minute is this paradise. The road that leads to the hotel is shabby but that just adds up to the charm of this hotel. Paradise! '
