'Hotel located in Moscow financial centre at the Afimall shopping mall and close to 3 metro station, that allows to easy get the centre of Moscow by metro. The big shopping centre next door is great to get some basics for the day to explore the city (water, snacks) Very clean and spacious room with big windows and lots of light coming in. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Prices are reasonable here (it still is Moscow after all). There might be more romantic and more luxurious...

' Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...

'While they have fancy staffs and interiors, the way it functions is very poor. They give you one card which is pretty much required everywhere, you need that to use the lift, it’s the power access for the room and if one person wants to leave the room, the power is gone? We raised this concern then a dummy card was given I mean what were they thinking? Dinner and breakfast were ok. They don’t give you the 100% experience for the money you pay for it.'
