'Good and helping staff but no consistency in service and seems disorganized.'

' Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...

'Alles was perfect kwa service, faciliteiten en eten. Wat ik zelf minder vond is dat ze in het weekend feesten houden in de restaurantjes beneden wat zorgt voor ongelooflijke lawaai tot in de vroege ochtend uren. Ik heb om 2 uur snachts met de receptie gebeld om te vragen wat er aan de hand is en was geïnformeerd dat het snel klaar is en dat het om een feest gaat. En dan duurde nog zeker een uur voordat het voorbij was.'

'The staff has been very helpful and goes that extra mile to make your stay most comfortable and accommodate the special request as much as they can. Worth mentioning services provided by Ms. Meryl, Mr. Saravanan, Ms. Oxendrila, Mr. Kennedy, Mr. Keith, Mr. Prabhakaran, Ms. Soundarya, Mr. Thomson, Mr. Jagan beat my expectations. Thanks Only improvement I would suggest is response/actions to the requests placed via phone. I had to do multiple follow up at couple of instances.'

'Restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive and sweet. They were really excited to serve the clients and smile at the same time. Front desk was attentive and accommodative. Food was spread was good although I wish there was more South Indian in the room order menu. Food was tasty. Landry staff was prompt and courteous. My stay of 5 days was really good.'

'Modern hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff. The communal areas and rooms are beautifully modern, with stylish, comfortable decor. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and a great place to relax, with lovely bed linen and a fresh modern feel. The rooftop pool was also a highlight, with comfortable loungers and a fantastic view from the top floor. Unfortunately, the Soma Lounge was a little...
