'Amazing location. You can walk to a bunch of historical sites, you can walk to food, you can walk to the train stop, location location location. I very much enjoyed sitting on the roof top patio and watching the boats in the morning. It was quiet. Only thing that I didn't enjoy about this place was check out, and that was simply because I didn't want to leave. When we come back to Philly, we will be staying here. Make sure you check out Ralph's if you like Italian food. '

'The whole process was smooth. They live walking distance to a pub, Betsey Ross house and many of the tourist sites. They have little touches like hygiene items, spices, coffee included. We also enjoyed the roof top patio for a drink and views of the Delaware River.'

'This was perfect for us. The apartment was very clean, had off street parking, was within walking distance (half a mile) to restaurants (Thai was great) and train station. '

'Property was clean and looked as described with a stocked kitchen. The check in process required some extra assistance from the host due to a power outage though the issue was resolved quickly. Street parking was always available without extra cost. Conveniently located between downtown and UPenn. Would stay again!'

'Book this condo, you won’t be sorry! Location looked a little scary for a small town girl new to Philly, but once we were in the condo, it was excellent! Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! Close to EVERYTHING, neighborhood felt very safe. We walked everywhere, had wonderful meals nearby. And Sarai was very responsive to my questions. Next time we’re in Philly we will...

'I would not recommend staying at this apartment. Upon arrival. The entryway needs some cleaning carpet was dirty walking up to the unit. Inside the unit, it was not clean very well. Kitchen counters were sticky. Remote control was covered in something and you didn’t even wanna pick it up. The kitchen cabinets were completely empty. There was no pot holders. Tea towels, utensils really of any kind. There was no stock of paper towels or tissues. The coffee bar needed to be refilled and stocked,...

'The home is as described and is lovely! I will certainly stay there again when I visit Philly. The hostess is very responsive and kind. The home has everything you need and is very clean. It is also very quiet and the beds are wonderful. It’s a 5!'
