The Space:

WELCOME TO COZY PEAK



Tucked among the woods of Chertsey in beautiful Lanaudière, Cozy Peak is a striking three-level A-frame designed for memorable escapes with family and friends.



Soaring ceilings, warm contemporary interiors and views into the surrounding trees create the feeling of being immersed in nature without giving up the comforts of home.



Spend slow mornings over coffee, afternoons at the lake or exploring Lanaudière, and evenings in the hot tub as the sun goes down.



MAIN LEVEL — THE HEART OF THE CHALET



The open-concept living, dining and kitchen space was made for gathering, with heated floors throughout the main level adding an extra layer of comfort during the cooler months.



Cook together around the oversized kitchen island, settle in beside the gas fireplace and 65" Smart TV, or turn dinner into game night with a dining table that converts to both pool and ping-pong.



Also on this level is a Queen bedroom with a full semi-ensuite bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and hallway.



UPPER LEVEL — BALCONY ROOM & BUNK ROOM



The upper level offers two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom.

Set beneath the dramatic peak of the chalet, the California King bed looks out toward the surrounding treetops, creating a peaceful retreat above the main living spaces.



Every bedroom at Cozy Peak features a high-quality mattress and premium bedding, so comfort doesn't depend on which room you choose.

OUTDOOR LIVING



Surrounded by the woods, Cozy Peak gives you space to slow down and enjoy being outside.



Start the morning with coffee among the trees, fire up the gas BBQ for lunch, spend the afternoon exploring or simply relaxing with a book in the hammock, then slip into the private hot tub as the sun goes down and end the evening with s'mores by the fire.



For younger guests, Cozy Peak also features a private outdoor playground designed for children ages 2–7.



LAC JAUNE — PRIVATE LAKE ACCESS



Summer days are made for the water.



Guests have private access to nearby Lac Jaune, approximately a 5-minute drive from the chalet.



During the appropriate season, Cozy Peak provides 2 paddleboards and 2 inflatable lake loungers — perfect for paddling across the lake or simply floating under the summer sun.



Please note that Cozy Peak is not a waterfront property.

-Full private access to all 3 levels of the chalet, the outdoor hot tub, the yard, the balcony, and the private driveway (5 parking spaces).



-Access & Parking: Spacious private parking for 5 vehicles. During the winter months, we recommend arriving in a 4WD or AWD vehicle for added peace of mind in snowy conditions.
