I had a fantastic stay! The food options were excellent, with a great variety and quality throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night. The cleanlinness was top notch. The staff were outstanding—professional, friendly, and always supportive. Highly recommended!

'Travelling from York, so was a stop over before hitting Wales. Hey, it was a nice place to stay. The room was incredible (although for me, I'd change the carpet on the staircase to room 9. Visually, very tricky!!) Check in was quick and easy. The only thing I'd point out, and it is nit picking, I think the staff need to be more 'that's no problem, we'll sort that out' as opposed to 'we'll see what we can do,' ... Yeah, I've worked in customer service for 40 + years blah blah... and we all...

'Hotel was stunning both inside and outside and the staff were really friendly and polite nothing was too much trouble. Bed was really comfy and breakfast was excellent would come back to stay next time we are in Chester. Great location 5 minutes from motorway and only a few minutes from city centre and the zoo which is why we visited'

'We had an excellent stay at The Seven. The property looked recently renovated, and there’s a lovely communal sitting area. The room was very big, great facilities and very comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly and it was a 5 min walk into the centre. Added bonus of limited parking at the rear. '

'Great hotel. Had a nice upgrade. The room had a comfy bed and was very clean. There was an ac unit in the bedroom which helped cool the room down. The only thing was the shower pressure was very low and cut out a couple of times. '
