'We really enjoyed our stay at the Hancock Village Inn! This is the perfect place for a large group to come together all in one home. Plenty of comfortable beds, space to hang out, a large hot tub, and a big kitchen to cook in. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The surrounding area is stunning, and the inn is well located near lots of attractions. Everything was smooth with the hosts, they were very nice and communicative! I highly recommend the Hancock Village Inn for your next trip...

'We had a great family getaway here! The hot tub was amazing and the views from the hot tub were perfect. What a beautiful location - quiet, peaceful and a fun space for kids to explore. We had an amazing time trekking out in the woods in the snow.Kitchen was well stocked and the treats, coffee and tea were a nice bonus. My kids enjoyed the extra games as well! 'I really enjoyed the kitchen setup and how everything I needed was there. The beds were very comfortable and having a light nearby for reading was a plus. The walk to downtown was nice. We explored Shelburne Falls out days and it did have something for everyone. I would stay here again.'

'Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy.
