'De hotelkamer was goed. Erg ruim en schoon. We hebben ook lekker gedineerd in het restaurant. Het ontbijtbuffet daarentegen viel tegen. Het was erg vies. Toen we aankwamen waren veel tafels leeg maar stonden nog vol met vuile borden. Uiteindelijk zelf een tafel schoongemaakt zodat we konden gaan ontbijten. We zagen niemand lopen. '

'We stayed at Hotel Philéas Grand Hôtel & Spa in Paris from July 26 to July 30 and had a great experience. The location was excellent, just steps from a metro station and around the corner from a main avenue full of more restaurants than we could possibly try, plus a small covered shopping arcade that was fun to explore. Many attractions were within walking distance, including the Opera House, a beautiful shopping mall, and even Sacré-Cœur, which was a longer but enjoyable walk. Everything else...

'De kamer die we eerst kregen was erg gehorig aan de straatkant. De ramen waren dicht en je hoorde nog alles erg hard, dit komt omdat ze roosters boven in de ramen hebben die je niet kunt sluiten. Hierop onze bekach gedaan en hebben een kamer gekregen aan de rustige kant. Die kamer was lager gelegen maar ook ruimer. Die was echt goed!'

'My overall stay was excellent. For the location of the hotel it was perfect for my staff. Staff were excellent all in all except during my late night check in, it wasnt a very welcoming and I had to wait after the check in process started because one of the staff who apparently was under training (which would have helped if they told me) left me to go help someone else. They were very polite I must say. A tip would be to let the customers know they are under training in order to help them as...
