The staff were very personable and professional. The front desk staff member, Zee, was especially helpful and sincere when upon checkout I let her know about the kitchen sink not draining properly and an issue with the dishwasher. She apologized for any inconvenience it may have caused and immediately credited my bill for the issue. '

'Bought my family of 6 here for 2 nights to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday! All he wanted to do was swim! The hotel exceeded expectations! The room was clean and spacious and it was nice and quiet. The kids had a great time in the pool and made lots of friends with other hotel guests! They offer free breakfast and dinner. The dinner wasn’t that great BUT a nice gesture and it was easy to get the kids to run in from the pool and eat quickly. Overall great experience and look forward to...

'My stay was absolutely everything that I wanted it to be despite the renovations that are taking place within the facility. The service was still amazing. There was great customer service from the front desks to the housekeeping staff. I am visiting from california and I already have a made up mind that when I return to cleveland this is where I'll stay'
