When I pointed out that Expedia screws up our resevation for three for two bed stay, they did not charge extra by still gave us the beautiful room we had reserved, as well a the taster Sunday brunch! Vry understanding and desirous to make us comfortable-even helped take our bags to our rom!!'

'Very clean, quiet room. I love the bath amenities, especially the shower gel. Convenient to have the refrigerator and Keurig in the room. I was travelling with my dogs and I was worried they would bark at noises (we were close to the stairs), but it was so quiet they hardly noticed anything. Overall a great stay (other than our keys randomly not working, and some glitch between Expedia and Hilton that labeled us as a no-show, despite checking in at 9pm on the expected date)'
