'This is our 3rd year staying at this hotel, and we absolutely love it here. We love how small and homey the hotel feels, we also love that it's a 5 minute walking distance to town. It's great to be so close but without all the crazy and chaotic crowds. We also love the fact that the pool is in a little green house so that we can still go swimming even during storms or extreme heat. This is the place that we stay every single time because it's perfect for our family.'

'I stayed at Alpine Lodge for two nights and paid over $700 for what was advertised as a "Superior King" room. Don't be fooled by the name—this is essentially a regular, modest motel room. There is no reception desk. When you arrive, you can't even access your room until you receive a text or email with a link, complete the online registration, and then wait for the door code. 'Im going to write a very honest review. First starters, it was the perfect location from town. The room was decently clean for a motel, you can tell they they take very seriously but for a for a clean freak, there were very minor flaws. The best part was the a/c, there's nothing like a nice ice cold motel room, if you know, you know. My favorite part was being right next to a nite club, being entertained by drunk people Karaokeing to Pearl jam (I was sitting right outside the pool area) ....

'A rustic cabin that was clean. The views of the lake were on the other side of the buildings which you could easily walk to. It was located centrally to some the places we wished to visit in the Adirondacks. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator but we knew that it was not included.'
