'I was given a room directly across from 3 elevators & I COULDN’t sleep due to all the noise of the elevators. The next morning I asked to be moved to another quieter room but the staff gave me the run around & didn’t move me. I had to ask to speak to the manager after a 2nd night of noise. They said they would speak to the manager. They never did & did not move me. The staff was really not helpful & stupid. I will be reporting them'

'This hotel was extremely accomadating..definitely will be staying here again...We were comped breakfast and parking for my weekend stay because our reservation wasnt honored but made it up with two King Rooms with additional cots that were more comfortable than the actual King Bed..Amazing '

'The property was well located between two metro stops, and had attached, a quality Mexican restaurant with Thai, Italian, Japanese, American eateries, all within a short, five minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was s bit sparse, no continental breakfast or even coffee options so one would need to walk to nearby Starbucks for morning jo. The hotel was basically clean but the rooms are quite small and spartan like. My room went a day without hot water but was restored in short...

'I’ve stayed at the Line multiple times and it’s been my go to choice for stays in DC but this latest stay was the worst. I was called on the day I was to check in that my reservation for May that I made in January had been cancelled. When I asked why, they said because the hotel was overbooked and my card declined the hotel charge. Why would a hotel be charging random cards without authorization or notification not even an hour after check in? I had to work with Expedia to get this rectified but...

'I enjoyed the location of the hotel as well as lobby and restaurant. While the room was clean and offered water and coffee in the room, it was the smallest hotel room I ever stayed in. I ordered a king size bed and the room barely had room to walk around the bed. It was the only drawback of the experience and something that would make me choose another hotel.'
