'The Glover Hotel is located within a reasonable distance from the embassy I was visiting on International Drive. The staff were responsive and provided extra blankets, towels and a microwave when requested. The room decor is average and nothing fancy. They provided a wheel chair for my mom for the two nights we were there. They don't offer free breakfast and shuttle bus to the airport. Something to keep in mind. There are separate but convenient bars and restaurant next to the hotel.'

'It is a beautiful property and the rooms are really nice and spacious. Location is great. One elevator out of two has been out of service for a while. Our room never got serviced during the day despite leaving a message to do so, at the front desk in the morning. We were delayed in arriving by a day due to flight cancellations, but the property manager refused to refund one night's charges. It is a wonderful property and I wish we received better service, so that I could give it 5 stars.'

'Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The check-in process was fast, smooth, and efficient, which made arriving at the hotel stress-free. It was also very convenient to have a Starbucks located within the hotel. The restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. However, I felt that the food prices were a bit higher than expected for the quality and portions offered. The room was clean for the most part and comfortable during my stay.
