Tutto bene
Veramente un posto carino, giovane, arredato con gusto e gestito bene. Non aspettatevi tutti i comfort di un cinque stelle, ma le stanze sono pulite e ben arredate, e per quanto speso vale la pena fare quei due trecento metri a piedi per arrivare alla via principale. Insomma, un anima da ostello con camere da buon hotel.

A great place to stay
A very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The were helpful and friendly making sure our stay went well. Would definitely stay there again if I return to Chiang Rai.

Very clean and superb staff
We were spending only one night in here. Although they say there is no breakfast, there are eggs, toast and tea and coffee and you can make DIY breakfast which is included in the price. Staff are very welcoming and you can see that rooms are well maintained and unbelievably clean.

convenient great location, great service with map and assistance, and also good comment, but the room is fair only, and the cleanliness still need improve and found different inserts in rooms, soundproof is horrible and only wish your room next door or upper room dont make any noise.

Located in a good area. Very clean. It has a funky design. Very helpful and friendly staff. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the am. Bananas and eggs.

Ok for a few nights
PROS: Super nice staff. Service with the famous Thai smile everyday. They helped me find things to do, helped me learn the public bus system and held my bags on my departure day. Cute artsy hotel with unique decor items. Walking distance to the main bus station, night market, clock tower and various restaurants and street food. CONS: Didn’t like the clear and colored glass block windows in the bathroom that look out into the common hallway. Also my room had clear glass blocks that looked into an employee area. Felt like any creep could look in my room anytime and watch me shower or sleep. Concrete shower walls have not been cleaned in a long time. There were thick shampoo drippings from the dispenser stuck to the walls. The shower curtain was moldy. Ok for a few nights. Just bring shower shoes.

位置極佳,步行往巴士總站只需十分鐘, 房內頗乾淨整齊, 員方尚算友善. 晚上洗澡時發現盛載洗頭水的器皿失靈, 以致在淋浴是頗為狼狽, 欲到櫃台求助, 可惜晚上八點關門, 後來等至十一點少有人來處理, 這裡有點扣分.

침구에서 털나왔고 화장실은 하수구 냄새가 남. 그리고 따뜻한 물은 잘 안나와 쌀쌀한 저녁날씨에 샤워하기 추웠음. TV 작동법이 어렵고 단기 여행객에게는 무조건 1층으로 배정해주는데 시끄러움

Cute decors
Very nice boutique resort with 2 buildings located at a quiet street, less road noise. Room was sufficient and AC worked. Free bottled water daily in my room and you can cook breakfast on 2nd floor with eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Bed was comfortable not soft or hard. The only complaint is the shower as water built up. There's hot water for shower. Communication pre check in was poor as I was trying to get info to the resort. Turned out taxi would cost 150 baht or the local bus for 20 baht. I took the bus back to airport and it was with AC, modern and comfy.

First of all the staff at Na Rak O is wonderful. The location is very close to the bus station and night market. An easy 7 minute walk with our roller bags to and from the bus station. The room we had was clean and comfortable. The air cond was great. Cook yourself breakfast is eggs, toast, and bananas. Wash the dishes you use. This hotel is a great value for the price. We loved our stay.

バスターミナルから歩いて5分
私はチェンマイからバスで移動、バスターミナルから近いところを探して選びました。 バスターミナルの隣はナイトマーケットですから歩いて5分はほぼ同じ。簡単です。ホテルの朝食はセルフサービスで、目玉焼きも、スクランブルエッグも自分で作り、洗い物は自分で洗います。すきなように作れてよかったです。

Hidden Gem
My daughter and I stayed 4 nights at Na-Rok-O, and so glad we did! The hosts could not have been kinder and more helpful. The room was spotless and quiet, and the location perfect for us since we took the bus from Chiang Mai. The Inn is a short walk from the station and close to the night market and restaurants. As some reviews said the beds are hard, but this is not uncommon in Thailand. We stayed extended our stay and so stayed in both the standard and the deluxe room; the deluxe room the beds are definitely more comfortable, both though are equally charming. Love the colorful atmosphere, and enjoyed making breakfast in the morning. The hosts supply coffee, tea, eggs, bananas, bread, etc. and this was a great way to meet other guests! We will definitely stay here when we return to Chiang Rai.

Clean and convenient
Clean, colourful room in a quite location close to the bus station and night market. There are 2 buildings we stayed in the older one closer to the lily pond the rooms felt damp. Breakfast available Dig eggs toast etc.

The most beautiful guesthouse I have been
The most beautiful guesthouse I have been in Thailand with a five stars service by the owner. She gives you two maps of Chiang Rai and the surroundings at the check-in and has good tips when you want to travel to Luang Prabang with the slow boat.

Would stay again
Really enjoyed our stay at Na-Rak-O Guesthouse (we even stayed an extra day). The room was spacious, modern and clean. The guesthouse is really accommodating to anything you need. Also there is the plus of using the kitchen in the mornings for breakfast, where bread, butter, jam, eggs, bananas etc are provided. Free bottles of water were put in our room every day too. We would definitely recommend this Guesthouse.

Très bien situé
Tout près du terminus d’autobus, du night bazar, de l’horloge qui s’illumine en soirée, tout en étant retiré pour la tranquillité, cet hôtel est idéal pour un séjour dans la région. Restaurants thaï délicieux très abordables tout près et agences pour tours organisés également.

Casa molto graziosa
Albergo carino, molto pulito, vicino alla stazione degli autobus quindi molto comodo se dovete andare a prendere i mezzi per Chiang Mai o in generale per fare le gite in minivan. L'unica pecca è la colazione che è molto povera: banana (non molto buona), merendina, caffe e se volte uovo dovete prepararlo e poi lavare i piatti e padella.

Hi! Thank you very much for your comment. About the breakfast, when you make the reservation we said the price didn't include the breakfast. We have to prepare like a complementary breakfast (free of charge) but need to self service. Sorry, for your inconvenient about the breakfast.
